Thread: State to feds: We won't cooperate Legislation defying Obama on track to become law

As people wake up, other States will follow the lead of the great State of Virginia in legislation that denies the use of state resources for certain purposes of the federal NDAA legislation.

Specifically, new law forbids use of state resources for detaining without habeas corpus American and Virginia citizens for acts defined in the NDAA.
