    According to the latest Rockefeller Institute of Government study, the first-quarter drop in state tax revenues is the steepest in 46 years.

    Preliminary data for collected from 45 states indicate the second quarter will be even worse.

    They ALLOWED the dismantling of our manufacturing base and now they are suprised? What kind of idiots are workin in Govt?

    Non-business idiots - like Obama who have never, never worked to insure a profit or run a lemonade stand let alone a company or country for that matter.

    How do you run a company / country when all you can do is vote "Present"?
