Thread: The States did this...can't they undo it?

This maybe a stupid question. But the States invented the Feds. Can't they undo them?

nope, no, not

The reason I say that, get 25 people together, and see how hard it is to agree on a way to accomplish anything, something they all agree needs to be done.....its a nightmare

you will have multiple people wanting to be chief, and not enough willing to be indians ( sorry, no offense meant to any native americans)

now, take a look at health care reform, everyone dug their heels in......and that was that

you will have states, like some of them, that have said enough is enough, and they are passing 10th amendment resolutions, and telling the feds to take a flying jump at the moon on immigration and gun control

then you have states like california

unless we are willing to have another war of northern aggression, it wouldnt be possible, those in control at the federal level, have seen power, and they like it too much

I know the Declaration of Independence was written to protect the States and the citizens of those States against tyranny. And that we were citizens to the State we were born in...not to the United States or Federal government.

I think that a redeclaration should be drafted and see how many States would be interested in a repatriating of State sovereignty.

It will take the states unification to do anything. With out each of us having the protection and support of our States protection and each of us standing behind our States...the Feds will continue to act independently against the population and against the States.

Maybe the time is not right yet. Maybe we need more socialist agendas heaped up on us before the States wake up. But this is definitely the only way anything can be done to stop the Feds.

The States need to enact the Declaration of Independents for its citizens. Until the States are ready to do something together...the people have no teeth against the Feds.

NO one can listen to the Declaration without thinking of how it applies to what what is happening today.
