THE NEW CENSUS: An All-Out Assault On Your Privacy
By Jarret Wollstein
If you're not outraged by this - then America just flat-ass doesn't have a flying f*@k of a chance in Hell of surviving. If you cave in - then you deserve what you get. Unfortunately - I'll also get what YOU deserve! - Editor
August 31, 2006 - The federal government has quietly begun using an incredibly intrusive new census form called The American Community Survey." Up to 1 million households a year will receive this form.
This new "census" form is 24-pages long, and demands that you lay bare every detail of your life, including how much you earn, what your home is worth, details of your health, when you leave for work, previous addresses, pregnancies, monies received from government, and on and on.
I say demand because you can be fined up to $1,000 for each of the 72 questions you dont answer or which you answer "incorrectly." However, so far no one has been fined for not answering, nor are they likely to be if public resistance is strong.
The ways the government could use this information to harm you are mind-boggling. For instance, any financial discrepancy with IRS or Social Security records could result in your criminal prosecution. Knowing when you leave for work could enable police, acting under the Patriot Act, to secretly enter your home.
The American Community Survey also demands that you to report on the activities of relatives, employers and roommates. Joseph Stalin could hardly ask for more surveillance powers. You can download the survey at www.census.gov/acs/www/.
Article I of the Constitution allows the government to conduct a count of the American people once every ten years to determine voting districts. Nothing in the Constitution gives government the power to continuously spy on the people or probe every intimate detail of their lives.
As Congressman Ron Paul observes, questions on the American Community Survey are "both ludicrous and insulting," and this information is simply none of the government's business. I fervently hope that millions of Americans will burn their forms or accidentally lose them.Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God

What can you do to stop it or refuse to answer? They had a long deal to fill out at the last census and my husband refused to do it. Later they sent people by and we were just driving in. They said "you live here?"
"yes" then started asking questions.....My husband asked what they were there for and they said the census. He said "how many people do you see?", " we're citizens and that's all you need to know". The census taker wasn't happy but left.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

If you receive one of these and simply do not answer, a worker for the Dept. of Commerce will show up at your door with a laptop pressuring you to answer the questions.
I was polite but told that person that as an American citizen I was not required to respond to legal demands for mandatory interrogation.
I have the right to remain silent especially when not even charged with a crime.
The paperwork and worker all stated it was required by law for me to answer these questions.
I contacted the top authorities and found out it was required by law but at this time nobody had ever been charged or fined for refusing to comply.
AT THIS TIME....
I called the worker back, told her to take me off her list I refused to comply.
That was the last Ive heard of the matter.

Big Brother is getting to big for his pants
This is just another example of the government having more interest in keeping American citizens in line rather than going after terrorist, illegals, ect.
Homeland security is a joke and a farce. It is the Patriotic American Citizens that they are targeting! Make no mistake!Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God
