    I believe the same thing is possible with home phones and has been for decades.

    Of course they would need a warrant to listen.

    Unless your talking to possible terrorist like some of your service center calls.

    Our unless your phone goes through the Internet and then everything that done there goes through the Black Rooms at the ISP's.

    Or they ask the ISP's for transcripts.

    And the ISP's are still in business after paying the fines for distributing your information.

    Did I mention that we have constitutional protection?

    While I'm thinking about it.

    In areas like Washington D. C. where the U.S. Constitution doesn't apply should other things like taxes and other laws still be upheld like your still in the United States?

    I wonder how the Supreme Court is doing on that case?
