Supreme Courts Affirm The Police State

Supreme Courts Affirm The Police State

    May 23, 2011
    by Bob Livingston

Our descent into a police state is complete, as evidenced by rulings by the Indiana and U.S. Supreme Courts which, last week, effectively and finally abolished the 4th Amendment.

No longer are American citizens “secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,â€

Sheriff Dan Hartman Sr. Is No Friend of the Constitution: Vote Against Hartman for Sheriff

    The enemy of the Constitution

The man pictured above is your last defense between you and the federal government. This man has the right to kick the federal government off your land if they are trespassing. However, this particular man playing the role of Sheriff in Newton County, Indiana, is no friend of the Constitution.

Meet Dan Hartman Sr, who is hopefully in his last term as Newton County Sheriff. Filth like this man has no business wearing a badge with they don't want to protect citizens' Constitutional rights. Sheriff Hartman doesn't want to protect Newton County residents' Constitutional rights.

According to Newton County Sheriff, Don Hartman Sr., random house to house searches are now possible and could be helpful following the Barnes v. STATE of INDIANA Supreme Court ruling issued on May 12th, 2011. When asked three separate times due to the astounding callousness as it relates to trampling the inherent natural rights of Americans, he emphatically indicated that he would use random house to house checks, adding he felt people will welcome random searches if it means capturing a criminal.

Sheriff Hartman, you have not authority to conduct a random house check without a warrant. I don't care what the crazy liberals on the Indiana Supreme Court claim. The Supremacy Clause in the United States Constitution makes the Fourth Amendment the law of the land, and it doesn't get much clearer.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Go get a warrant Sheriff. You wouldn't want me coming into your house to search your stuff. I don't expect you to come into my house.

Newton County, make sure you vote this clown out of office, and if you don't, maybe we can send Sheriff Joe for Maricopa County to kick some sense into this poor excuse of a Sheriff.
