That's what you do in a civil war, you murder your opponents until they surrender. In fact, that's what you do in every war I've ever heard about, you murder your opponents before they murder you and keep on keepin on until they surrender. I'm very pleased with how Russia has handled this situation. Last year we admitted 3,000 or so Syrian refugees and this year so far only 11. I'm sorry, but only a disgusting and vile soul would suggest that it is okay to commit mass murder on innocent women and children. And then to say it is completely justifiable because it has been done in past wars is even more reprehensible! Murdering the innocent is never okay, nor is it justifiable.
