    It's always about the money, as it should be. That's why we have laws to regulate. Littering is a crime. The protesters should be made to repay the federal government for the mess they made just like any polluter is made to do.

    Good! Glad to see that moving forward. It will create jobs in many different ways. There is very little permanent employment associated with any oil or gas pipeline. Nothing unusual about that.
