Tea Party Express Celebrates Withdrawal of Scozzafava from NY 23rd

GOP candidate Dede Scozzafava has dropped out of the New York 23rd Congressional race. The Tea Party Express had recently endorsed Conservative candidate Doug Hoffman, and supported his run for Congress with financial support and radio ad campaign.

“The GOP got this one wrong, plain and simple.â€

So the Tea Party Express endorsed Doug Hoffman??!! A Congressional candidate who is funded by free trade traitors in the Club for Growth, whose only stint at public service was serving as the Olympic Accountant for the Lake Placid Games and needed a $6 million bail-out from the Carter Administration to balance his books, and who states the following on his campaign website about illegal immigration:

"Where do you stand on illegal immigration?

"There is no question that our immigration policies are flawed. The answer, though, is not to put up a wall and stop all immigration. The answer is to create an easier path for immigrants to enter the United States – and to work here – while at the same time getting tough on illegal immigrants who commit crimes."
