Tenets of Shariah Law

Examples of Shariah Law include the following: (from the authoritative source Reliance of the Traveller, The Sacred Manual of Islamic Law)

Requirement of women to obtain permission from husbands for daily freedoms;
Beating of disobedient woman and girls;
Execution of h***sexuals;
Engagement of polygamy and forced child marriages;
Requirement of the testimony of four male witnesses to prove rape;
Stoning of adulteresses;
Lashing of adulterers;
Amputation of body for criminal offenses;
Female genital mutilation;
Capital punishment for those who slander or insult Islam;
Execution of apostates, or those that leave the religion of Islam
Inferior status for all non-Muslims, known as Dhimmitude.
Concept of Taquiyya: A Muslim may lie or deceive others to advance the cause of Islam.

Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life. Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components.

Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their religious privileges.

When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well.

Here's how it works:

As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

United States -- Muslim 0.6%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1.8%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with
threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen
daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:

Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 15%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Bosnia -- Muslim 40%
Chad -- Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7%

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and J**ya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:

Albania -- Muslim 70%
Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4%
Qatar -- Muslim 77.5%
Sudan -- Muslim 70%

After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:

Bangladesh -- Muslim 83%
Egypt -- Muslim 90%
Gaza -- Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1%
Iran -- Muslim 98%
Iraq -- Muslim 97%
Jordan -- Muslim 92%
Morocco -- Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan -- Muslim 97%
Palestine -- Muslim 99%
Syria -- Muslim 90%
Tajikistan -- Muslim 90%
Turkey -- Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96%

100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace. Here there's supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madra**** are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such
as in:

Afghanistan -- Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100%
Somalia -- Muslim 100%
Yemen -- Muslim 100%

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

It is important to understand that in some countries, with well under 100% Muslim populations, such as France, the minority Muslim populations live in ghettos, within which they are 100% Muslim, and within which they live by Sharia Law. The national police do not even enter these ghettos. There are no national courts, nor schools, nor non-Muslim religious facilities. In such situations, Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. The children attend madra****. They learn only the Koran. To even associate with an infidel is a crime punishable with death. Therefore, in some areas of certain nations, Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national average would indicate.

Today's 1.5 billion Muslims make up 22% of the world's population. But their birth rates dwarf the birth rates of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers. Muslims will exceed 50% of the world's population by the end of this century.

WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN IN THIS COUNTRY! Going around saying that there are some nice ones and they are not all like that helps them to achieve this.

NOTE: One must realize the following before reading the below. +Islam claims to be the one, true religion and considers all other religions to be their enemy.

+Muslims who disagree are to be killed(surah 9:12).

+Muslims are told not to have Christian or Jewish friends.(surah 5:51).

+Resisiting Islam is punishable by death or mutilation. (surah 5:33)

+Muslims are encouraged to strike terror and kill all who are not Muslim.

+Muhammed encouraged to participate in the Jihad or Holy War against those who reject Islam.

JIHAD ( Holy War)

+Jihad is one of the most sacred duties Muslims perform for the cause of spreading Islam, using all means available to Muslims, including violence. This kind of Jihad is often referred to as " Holy War".

+In resorting to violence, Muslims will not have any problem finding passages in the Quran ( believed by Muslims to be Allah’s word), and the Hadith (Mohammed’s sayings as recorded by Al Bukhari), that will not only condone violence, but will also demand it.

+Allah orders Muslims in the Quran to terrorize non-Muslims on His behalf. "Strike terror (into the hearts of) the enemies of God and your enemies." Surah 8:60
"Fight (kill) them (non-Muslims), and God will punish, (torment) them by your hands, cover them with shame." Surah 9:14
" I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them. It is not ye who slew them; it was God." Surah 8:13-17.

+In the Hadith Mohammed also urges Muslims to practice Jihad (Holy War).

+Mohammed also said; "The person who participates in (Holy Battles) in Allah’s cause and nothing compels him do so except belief in Allah and His Apostle, will be recompensed by Allah either with a reward, or booty ( if he survives) or will be admitted to Paradise ( if he is killed). Al Bukhari vol 1:35

Some other Anti-Christian LAWS:

+According to Muslim jurists, the following legal ordinances must be enforced on Zimmis (Christians and Jews alike) who reside among Muslims:

1) Zimmis are not allowed to build new churches, temples, or synagogues. It is the land of the Prophet and only Islam should prevail there. Muslims are permitted to demolish all non-Muslim houses of worship in any land they conquer.

2) Zimmis are not allowed to pray or read their sacred books out loud at home or in churches, lest Muslims hear their prayers.

3) Zimmis are not allowed to print their religious books or sell them in public places and markets.

4) Zimmis are not allowed to install the cross on their houses or churches since it is a symbol of infidelity.

5) Zimmis are not permitted to broadcast or display their ceremonial religious rituals on radio or television or to use the media or to publish any picture of their religious ceremonies in newspaper and magazines.

+Once a person becomes a Muslim, he cannot recant. If he does he should be taken to court and sentenced to death. An apostate female is to be persecuted, beaten and jailed until she dies.

+"It is reported by `Abaas ... that the messenger of Allah ... said, `Whosoever changes his religion (from Islam to any other faith), kill him.

+Zimmis cannot testify against Muslims. Their oaths are not considered valid in an Islamic court.

+Basically, the command (in the place of employment/business or any other establishment) of non-Muslims over Muslims in not admissible, because God Almighty said: 'Allah will not give access to the infidels (i.e. Christians) to have authority over believers (Muslims) {Qur'an 4:141}. For God - Glory be to Him - has elevated Muslims to the highest rank (over all men) and foreordained to them the might, by virtue of the Qurtanic text in which God the Almighty said: 'Might and strength be to Allah, the Prophet (Muhammad) and the believers (Muslims) {Qur'an 63:

+An infidel should not be in charge when there is a Muslim available to assume the command. Our advice to the company owner is to remove this infidel and to replace him with a Muslim.

+Hadith Sahih Muslim (4363) "You (the Jews) should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle and I wish to expel you from this land (Arabia)

+Qur'an (4366) "I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslims."

+(Qur'an 48:29) "Those who follow Muhammad are merciless for the unbelievers but kind to each other."

+Qur'an (60:4) "Enmity and hatred will reign between us until ye believe in Allah alone."

+Qur'an (8:39) (2:193) "Make war on them until idolatory does not exist any longer and Allah's religion reigns universally."

+Qur'an (9:123) "Fight the unbelievers in your surroundings, and let them find harshness in you."

+Qur'an (9:5) "Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them, capture and besiege them and prepare for them every kind of ambush."

+Qur'an (5:72-73) "For he who believes in the Trinity, "the Fire will be his abode … a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemer."

Sharia law should never be allowed in America.

It's against human rights and freedom of religion. It's directly opposed to the beliefs of our U.S. Constitution and it promotes war against the FREE WORLD.

Sharia law should be outlawed in the free world. I think All America would agree once they read this article.

I have been interested in Dr Mohammad Zuhdi Jasser for the past couple of years because he speaks very clearly about being an American first and Muslim second, and he has served our Country with dignity and honor -

Dr Jasser has estimated some 40% of the Muslim population of America ( ~3 million) or 1,200,000 Muslims believe as he does and we can safely call this group Americans of Muslim Religion ...

a second 40% or 1,200,000 Muslims go to CAIR, MAS or Muslim Brotherhood controlled Mosques every Friday and this group must be considered part of the theocratic creeping toward Shariah, Islamization and Islamic supremacy, whether they intended to be or not, but due only to the structure of the imam they serve and vice versa ...

the last 20% or 600,000 Muslims are not subscribers or followers of any particular Mosque and basically just want to be left alone in peace, which is why they immigrated to the United States just as Dr Jasser's parents did, to escape the tyranny of theocratic dictators in the Middle East and elsewhere - this group will always side with Dr Jasser, but will say little, if anything, to support ..

as we continue to learn about this enemy of freedom, the 800 pound elephant in the room is "where does the 'zakat' money go ?"

Dr Jasser's parents and their close associates built their own small Mosque and continued the Muslim religion for their group for many years using the 'zakat' or tax money for local purposes - now in 2010, it is increasingly more difficult to remain autonomous from the 'central' control of the theocracy which resides in the Middle East and funds the terrorists - period ....

and so, I will continue following Dr Jasser and hope to find through him the answer to this most important issue ...
