Thank the Lord, and our President that Tina Peters is now free. However,
THAT is the story here.
WHERE was the coverage of this long-awaited event in the Conservative media??
I checked Western Journal, Gateway Pundit, Breitbart, PJ Media, Revolver News.
Only Newsmax , that I could find, carried an article on the subject. Revolver carried a statement from the CO AG, on June 2. BUT, where were Breitbart, the Western Journal, the Gateway Pundit, PJ Media? Nothing.
Hannity, on Fox June 1, covered everything BUT: FNC, Anti-ICE Violence, Missing Scientist Found, Los Alamos, Graham Platner, Iran, Strait of Hormuz, Peace Talks, UFO Disclosure, UAP, TN Rep Tim Burchett, Political Commentator Lawrence Jones. No Tina.
Even, the Epoch Times, which is supposed to appreciate freedom more than most, didn’t bother. Their last mention of Tina was 5/15, when Polis commuted her sentence.
I am STUNNED!


Most of the coverage of Tina that I found, was from the usual MSM garbage shovelers like MSN, AP, NBC, CNN MSNOW, who, of course, call her a conspiracy theorist and disgraced election denier. Of course local news feeds in CO, chimed in.
Tina Peters was released from the Colorado prison where she has spent the last 19 months of an original 9-year sentence for “tampering” with voting machines. In April, 2026, a CO appeals court cut her sentence in half, and CO Gov., Polis, then commuted the sentence and she left prison on parole June 1.
In May 2021, Peters allegedly facilitated a breach of Mesa County’s election equipment during a routine software update. She is accused of allowing an unauthorized person to copy hard drive data and observe a secure “trusted build” software update by using a false identity badge[1].
Soon after, some of the proof of fraud, or “sensitive information” from Mesa County’s voting machines – including system passwords – surfaced online and at an event hosted by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.
Most of you can tell the story from here. The charges against her were embellished and magnified, the proven fraud never addressed. Tina defended herself in public, stating correctly that she had a duty to investigate her constituents’ election integrity concerns. But, no. Officials repeatedly denied and debunked the widespread proof of irregularities in the 2020 election.
Tina Peters was indicted for ten felony counts, and jailed in March, 2022.
The charges included multiple felonies such as attempting to influence a public servant, criminal impersonation, identity theft, and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, along with several misdemeanors like first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty, and failure to comply with the Secretary of State’s requirements[3].
Proof of fraud is obviously a serious crime in states where fraud is the modus operandi in elections, after all.
President Trump could not pardon her because all the charges were STATE-level, and Presidential pardons are only valid for those convicted of federal offenses.
We all know the story. We have suffered along with her, in frustration and angst for the apparent crimes committed by the state of CO. She was in poor health and terribly mistreated while in prison.
STEVE BANNON was the first – and only one that I’ve found – to interview her upon her release, and that, for a 16-minute interview on his podcast, June 1.
Does this bother you as much as it does me?? Hopefully, some of you have found major publicity by the supposedly conservative news sites, on this judicial overreach, which I’ve missed. Or, you have a theory on why this has happened.
