Romney wasn't impressed with Rudi's canned answer to his question about "fair trade" with China..IT is naive and is taken straight off the pages of popular news magazines..Any econonomist would be frowning ...just like Romney was

Rudy is full of manure on the China trade issue. The Chinese don't want to import anything much at all from us, and they won't, as long as traitorous politicians allow them to keep sucking all the money and jobs out of the USA.

No...the flat tax or fair tax is going to be unConstitutional or..if the Courts do uphold it..then down the road..the people are going to be paying both income and direct tax..
The power of taxation is not unlimited and absolute..The Courts will eventually start reining it in...if it goes off the base of the 11th amendment..and that is where Huckabee wants it to go..
To get any Tax..the Constitution had to be amended..and the amendment is very narrow as to what can be taxed..The Courts will eventually address all these excise taxes..because it is becoming burdensome and is UnConstitutional
