Board Refuses to Certify Wayne County, Michigan (Detroit) Election Results

The Wayne County, Michigan Board of Canvassers deadlocked on a 2-2 party line vote on whether to certify the results of the November 3 elections, with the two Republican members refusing to approve the vote because of poll books that did not match vote tallies. Wayne County includes the city of Detroit where most of the problems occurred. According to the current count, Joe Biden leads President Trump by just under 150,000 votes statewide.

The next step will be for the state board of elections to review the Wayne County results and decide on whether to certify the votes. The state board is likewise made up of two Republican and two Democrats. If that board deadlocks, then it would go to the Republican state legislature. (Process explained here.)

The Wayne County Board of Canvassers deadlocked 2-2 Tuesday along party lines on whether the county’s Nov. 3 election results should be certified as at least four state and federal lawsuits sought to stop the process.

The decision came after absentee ballot poll books at 70% of Detroit’s 134 absentee counting boards were found to be out of balance without explanation. The mismatches varied anywhere from one to more than four votes.
In August, canvassers found 72% of Detroit’s absentee voting precincts didn’t match the number of ballots cast. The imbalances between August and November are not an exact comparison since August’s canvassing was based on results from 503 precincts and November’s canvassing was based on 134 counting boards.

The situation in August and earlier imbalances in 2016 were not enough to keep the same board from certifying the results in the August and November 2016.
…Chairwoman Monica Palmer, a Republican, defended the decision, “Based on what I saw and went through in poll books in this canvass, I believe that we do not have complete and accurate information in those poll books,” she said.
…Detroit had problems with precinct count mismatches in the November 2016 election. Election officials couldn’t reconcile vote totals for 59% of precincts in the city during a countywide canvass of vote results with most of the issues involving too many votes.

Michigan GOP Chairman Laura Cox issued a statement on Wayne County:

“The people of Michigan deserve to know what happened in Wayne County on Election Day and the days following. I am proud that, due to the efforts of the Michigan Republican Party, the Republican National Committee and the Trump Campaign, enough evidence of irregularities and potential voter fraud was uncovered resulting in the Wayne County Board of Canvassers refusing to certify their election results. This action will allow more time for us to get to the bottom of these deeply troubling irregularities. The people of Michigan deserve fair, open and transparent elections, and we will continue to fight for just that.”

Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson claims no votes were improperly cast or tabulated, “Michigan’s Bureau of Elections stands ready to fulfill its duty to complete the canvas for Wayne County, address any clerical errors and improve the quality of the canvass overall. Russ Ramsland: We have been out looking mostly at Michigan. We are beginning on turning our sights on Pennsylvania and Georgia. The things you find in Michigan are amazing. There are over 3,000 precincts where the presidential votes cast compared to the estimated voters from the SOS (Secretary of State) is 99% all the way up to 350%. Those kind of numbers don’t exist in the real world. So where did all those votes come from? And looking at that, we’ve gone back and looked at some of these huge vote dumps that were mostly Biden’s. We call them spikes. We’ve gone back and traced the spikes. We’ve seen where they were cast, primarily in four counties. We looked at how long it took to cast those votes. And we looked at the equipment that exists at all of those locations by serial number. And the fact of the matter is we can’t see any physical way possible for some of those votes to have been in those kind of numbers because they just don’t have the equipment that can produce it in that timing.

Here is something an anonymous friend put together this morning.

The 2020 turnout numbers are still not official but they are significant.
The high numbers from Wikipedia were used in this study.

The data was put in Excel and then calculated for the average and for standard deviations.
In the last 100 years every election fell within 2 standard deviations.
The 2020 election scores above 3 standard deviations.

Therefore, this was either the most politically hyped election the country has ever had, which is unlikely, or there was an enormous amount of fraud.
Three standard deviations is a 99.7% confidence level.

That is to say, statistically speaking, we have 99.7% certainty on the November 2 that turnout would be between the two dashed green lines.
But it wasn’t.
And not only had this NEVER happened before in US history, but we have also NEVER been outside 2 standard deviations before!



Look at the voter turnout for Barack Obama. It was above average. But Basement Joe HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!
Voter turnout was driven entirely by:
a.) The left’s extreme hatred of Donald Trump. The hatred exceeds anything we’ve ever seen before.
b.) Voter turnout is skewed upward because of fraud. The left needed enormous turnout numbers to steal the election for Basement Joe.

We all know Joe Biden was not memorable, he had little support, he couldn’t fill a parking lot at his so-called election speech. Biden basically “called in” his campaign.
Trump enthusiasm was ENORMOUS! Never in recent history has their been such strong support for a sitting president!



Another way of putting it:

You can only expect to be outside of 3 Sigma, .3% of the time.
That means 3 times in ever 1,000 elections or roughly once ever 1,333 years!
And since half of those occurrences will be for low turnout, we can expect a high turnout election to exceed 3 Sigma roughly once ever 2,666 years.
