W.T.O. Says Airbus Got Some Illegal Subsidies

PARIS — A preliminary report by the World Trade Organization has found that Airbus received some illegal subsidies for the $13 billion A380 superjumbo jet and other programs, but the trade body rejected most of a five-year-old complaint brought by the United States, three people with knowledge of the report said Friday.

On Coast to Coast AM the other night, a retired airline pilot with several thousands of hours under his belt warned people not to fly on Airbus' because of all the flaws they have, mainly the computer and the rudders. Like me, if he has to travel, he will avoid the airline that flies the Airbus. Boeing only for me.
