The Treasonous Mr. Conyers



The severe problems facing our Republic, are rooted in the lack of knowledge of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What is the solution to the lawlessness sweeping over our nation? Why are 70 percent of all laws passed since 1933, unconstitutional, and why have they failed to meet the stringent test as to their constitutionality? The Constitution clearly specifies in Article I, Section 8, Clauses 1-18, the delegated powers given (trusted) to the Legislative Branch, which Congress cannot add to, or subtract from. As I have stated, in my two previous articles(June 18 and July 12) that were addressed to the Chairman of the House Judiciary. Our Founding Father’s regarded a violation of the oath of office as a heinous crime, considered Treason, and punishable by death. The penalty for treason can be found in the Act of the First Congress, Section 9, whoever wants to verify the validity of my accusations. The reason we are drowning in a cesspool of unconstitutional laws, is that the penalty for treason is not carried out. Congressman Conyers does not appear to be aware that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights cannot be compromised. There are 35 Articles of Impeachment to be put to a vote against George W. Bush and Richard Cheney, from lying to Congress and creating a false premise to go to an endless war(s). There are at least three other members of the House Judiciary, that are in favor of placing a vote on impeachment, Robert Wexler, Barbara Lee and Lynn Woolsey.
