RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - People hoping to bring Hispanics a taste of
home are running into strict rules in the city of Raleigh.

Trucks are prohibited from selling food on city streets and in
residential neighborhoods. It also outlaws sales for more than a
short period of time at any commercial site smaller than a major
shopping center.

The News and Observer of Raleigh reports that at least three
dozen of the trucks, called loncheras, are operating in Wake
County. City officials say they've been fielding complaints from
citizens about traffic problems and trash.
