Trump’s Census Bureau swamp creatures lie by omission

If you want to confirm how deeply entrenched Washington’s swamp creatures are, and how they use their positions of public trust to subvert the very provisions of our Constitution which were designed to prevent abuses of our federal government’s taxing powers, one need only look at the propaganda which is put forth by swamp creatures who are in charge at the United States Census Bureau link

“Census results help determine how billions of dollars in federal funding flow into states and communities each year.”\

“The results determine how many seats in Congress each state gets.”

“It’s mandated by the U.S. Constitution in Article 1, Section 2: The U.S. has counted its population every 10 years since 1790.”

Our federal swamp creatures are quick to assert the census is used to “determine how billions of dollars in federal funding flow into states and communities each year.” What is omitted is the census was also intentionally intended to determine how much each State would be obligated to pay if any direct tax would be laid among the States, i.e., both representation and direct taxation would be determined by the rule of apportionment …. a rule which protects and shields the people of each State from the notoriously evil consequences of “democracy” in which 51 percent of the people may vote to burden the remaining population with taxation, while likewise voting to enjoy what has been taken by unequal direct taxation.

Indeed, as our swamp creatures at the Census Bureau note the census is to determine how money may flow into states from the federal government. So, let us not forget by the year 1835, America was manufacturing everything from steam powered ships, to clothing spun and woven by powered machinery and the national debt [which included part of the revolutionary war debt] was completely extinguished and Congress enjoyed a surplus in the federal treasury from tariffs, duties, and customs.

And so, by an Act of Congress in June of 1836 all surplus revenue in excess of $5,000,000 was decided to be distributed among the states, and eventually a total of $28,000,000 was distributed among the states by the rule of apportionment in the nature of interest free loans to the states to be recalled if and when Congress decided to make such a recall.

So why do the Census Bureau swamp creatures not inform the public that the census is also intentionally designed to determine each State’s share of any direct tax laid by Congress?

As pointed out by Justice Roberts in the Obamacare Case, and in spite of the Sixteenth Amendment, “The shared responsibility payment is thus not a direct tax that must be apportioned among the several States.”

For an example of a federal direct tax being laid by Congress see the direct tax 1798, in which each state’s apportioned share is itemized LINK

The constitutional requirement that direct taxes “must be apportioned among the several States” [see Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4,] has not been altered since its adoption but is ignored by today’s leadership of both political parties and has resulted in a deadly poison___ un-apportioned corporate and social welfare, which has divided our nation and works to our destruction.

Keep in mind if a direct tax is laid, directly upon the people, and the rule of apportionment is enforced, it turns out to be an equal per capita tax, and prevents the Congress from forcing hard working wage earners who work extra hours to increase their economic station in life from paying a higher amount of the tax than the least productive and unmotivated in our society . . . an idea which socialists and communists fear with a passion, and why they now rail with envy against the productive in our society.

So, why has our President not removed socialists and communists from the Census Bureau who lie by omission and refuse to acknowledge the Census is also intended to determine each state’s share of any direct tax laid, which if followed today, would help to restore our constitutionally limited “Republican Form of Government”, its free enterprise/free market system, and also help end the poison of both corporate and social welfare being doled out at the federal head which is tearing our country apart?

They are not “liberals” or “progressives”. The Democrat Party Leadership is infested with notoriously evil communists and socialists who delude, lure and addict our nations needy with free government cheese.

    Why is this issue important?

Illegal entrants increase the Electoral College vote and number of House members of communist states like California and New York, but these states are not paying an apportioned share of federal taxes equal to their increased voting strength as intended by the rule of apportionment.

It’s not a “Deep State”. It’s a subversive socialist/communist “Shadow Government” which began to entrench itself during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Its mission being, to advance GLOBALIST and socialist policies, and obstruct attempts to roll back such policies.

11 states pay more in federal taxes than they get back — here's how every state fares

A lot of federal tax money is sent back to the states for federal benefits. Justin Setterfield / Getty

    • A portion of federal tax money is sent back to states to spend on resources.
    • We looked at the monetary difference between how much taxpayers pay to the federal government and what they receive back in federal services.
    • The majority of states receive more in federal services than what they pay in federal taxes, but 11 states, including California and New Jersey, spend more than they receive.

You get what you pay for — but that may not always be the case when it comes to federal taxes.

A lot of federal tax money is immediately rerouted back to the states in the form of grants, which the state uses to spend on resources. But in some states, some taxpayers are left spending more in taxes than what they receive back in federal services.

Consulting a report by the Office of the New York State Comptroller, we took a look at the monetary difference between how much taxpayers pay to the federal government and the benefits they receive in return for each state and Washington, DC.

The report examines the flow of funds between the federal government and each state for the federal fiscal year that ended on September 30, 2017, based on data from federal budget documents, the IRS, the US Census Bureau, and other sources.

We described the difference as the balance of payments. For example, California's balance of payments is -$13.7 billion. This means California residents get less in return than they pay for. However, Iowa has a balance of payments of $2.5 billion, meaning Iowa residents receive $2.5 billion more in federal services than what they pay in taxes.

The difference per capita means how much the average state resident received in federal services versus what they paid in federal taxes. In California, each resident is sending in $348 more than they get back. In Iowa, each resident is receiving $797 more back in federal services than they paid in taxes.

The majority of states received more in federal services than what they pay in federal taxes.

Receiving more in federal services has nothing to do with paying an apportioned share of our federal tax burden.

Why are you posting propaganda? California is not paying an apportioned share of our federal tax burden. But it exercises its huge voting strength in Congress.
