That's a false report. He was contacted and notified by Kelly on Friday that this was happening which is why Tillerson was asked to cancel the rest of his trip and come home. It's an unfortunate situation but there were clearly many deep differences between them on how to handle things and Tillerson kept announcing his opinions instead of the Presidents. It's a shame, really, I supported this nomination primarily for the building of a better relationship with Russia, that's where I thought Tillerson would be unique with his experience and knowledge of Russia and make his largest historical contribution. Unfortunately he didn't even get the chance because of the phony Russia Hoax.
