Mr. President, tell Congress to pass the bill to repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act so you can tell America you have "erased the lines" for health insurance in America. It passed overwhelmingly with bipartisan support in the House last year and has been sitting in the Senate all this time without a vote. Tell Mitch to pass it so you can sign it.
