Cocaine was found in the White House on Sunday.
The White House was temporarily closed.

USA Today reported:

The White House was temporarily closed Sunday evening after Secret Service agents discovered a white powder suspected to be cocaine inside a work area in the West Wing.
The Secret Service said in a statement that the White House was closed to allow members of law enforcement to investigate and that the District of Columbia fire department helped evaluate the substance.
The fire department “quickly determined the item to be non-hazardous” after an initial evaluation, a spokesperson for the Secret Service said.
A fire department and emergency medical services field test Sunday evening identified a “yellow bar, meaning cocaine, hydrochloride” after a dispatch at 8:49 p.m., according to a publicly available recording of the encrypted call.

Donald Trump responded in posts on Truth Social.
He asked, “Where are the White House SECURITY TAPES, like the ones I openly and happily gave to Deranged Jack Smith, which will quickly show where the Cocaine in the White House came from???”

Does anybody really believe that the COCAINE found in the West Wing of the White House, very close to the Oval Office, is for the use of anyone other than Hunter & Joe Biden. But watch, the Fake News Media will soon start saying that the amount found was “very small,” & it wasn’t really COCAINE, but rather common ground up Aspirin, & the story will vanish. Ex-CBP Chief: White House Cocaine ‘Mystery’ Should Take ‘About 30 Minutes To Solve’

A former FBI agent and acting commissioner of the Customs and Border Protection Agency under former President Donald Trump, Mark Morgan, was interviewed about the recent scandal over cocaine being found in the White House by Just the News. Mr. Morgan told the outlet, “I was there [in the White House] countless times, I put my cell phone in that exact box that they’re talking about. I know it well. Oftentimes, there is a marine that’s standing there. This literally should take them about 30 minutes to solve.”
Morgan explained that there were a variety of security and surveillance measures in place that should have captured who planted the cocaine. “Everybody that comes in, not just the White House grounds, but also everybody that comes into that space, right, where you have to check that cell phone, they’re accounted for. There’s a manifest. There are cameras. I could go on. This literally should take them about 30 minutes to figure out whose cocaine it was” he said.

Still Morgan told the interviewer that he would not be surprised if the information over who did it was never released to the public. He cited that the individual who leaked the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and put the question of abortion back to the states was never publicly identified as an example. Mr. Morgan also confirmed that it is still illegal to bring an illegal drug onto federal property.
Robert Charles, the assistant secretary of state at the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs during the George W. Bush administration, told the news outlet that he was not all too surprised at the drug discovery in the White House given that the level of the drug trade happening at the southern border that is given a pass by the White House. Charles told Just the News said “Whether it was a series of staffers, who apparently might be deeply involved, or one staffer or Hunter Biden himself, it doesn’t really matter. The reality is that you have a president and a White House that have a disregard for the law, they really don’t care.”

He further opined that “And so everything rolls downhill when the president of the United States can get away, literally, with almost, you know, with federal bribery and RICO violations, and the Attorney General doesn’t give a damn and doesn’t prosecute, doesn’t pick up the pen and doesn’t even talk about it.”
Charles cited statistics to show how the drug trade has exploded in recent years. He said “When George Herbert Walker Bush gave an address to the American people in September of 1989 about the drug issue, he was horrified because we had 5,000 American kids who had died. We had 105,000-108,000 last year and law enforcement tells me it’ll be 130,000 next year.”

Scott Nelson, a retired FBI agent, said it was “ironic about this cocaine in the West Wing is the fact that it’s there at the same time, while the president and many other politicians are saying the drug war is over, they’re saying that in the same way that they said the war in Afghanistan is over.”
