It was a very nice ceremony. The task is done, it is finished, all will go well, Justice Kavanaugh will be hard at work doing his best as they all do, to make the right decisions of the law under the US Constitution. We will not always agree with his decisions or rulings, but given his background, his commitment to the laws as written and the original meanings of our Constitution, along with his personal respect and devotion to civil rights and loyalty to the United States, I believe we will agree with his positions far more often than not. Wishing him the best in all that he does.

I was also very pleased with Trump's declaration that Kavanaugh was "proven innocent". And he was. The pundits from Loonie Land are taking issue with this. Of course they would, because they do not understand the phrase "presumed innocent". When you are accused, you are presumed innocent, when the accusations prove illegitimate, uncorroborated and unworthy of a prosecution, you are proven innocent. I'm glad Trump said this for his daughters to know that the President of the United States believes their father is innocent and was falsely accused, which he was!!
