    EDINBURG - An Austin business in Edinburg said they're pulling out of the Rio Grande Valley. They blame a lazy, incapable workforce.

    PTV NuStats does market research for cities' transportation routes. The director of the survey operation told Edinburg city leaders and the state they can't keep qualified employees. They said they had high turnover, employees lacked work ethic and there wasn't enough skilled labor for the job.

    Edinburg City Manager Ramiro Garza denied knowing the companies claims even though the city was sent a copy of the letter.

    “I think they just decided to stop using this facility, but it certainly does not speak to the workforce in this area,â€
