Dear Friend of America's Survival, Inc.:

Hillary Clinton, Obama's nominee as Secretary of State, testified today before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. We will have a more detailed analysis later, but we did notice that Mrs. Clinton said that it would be a top priority to get the U.N.'s Law of the Sea Treaty ratified. She made that statement in response to Senator Lisa Murkowski, Republican of Alaska, who also supports the treaty. Both are absolutely wrong. We do not need ratification of this treaty to get access to oil, gas, and minerals in the oceans. All that we need is the industrial will and a strong Navy.

We have documentary evidence that Americans staked legitimate claims to the resources in the Arctic region near Alaska. In fact, a Navy submarine was under the North Pole 50 years before the Russians. Americans were the first explorers to the Pole. Hillary Clinton and Lisa Murkowski seem to have no awareness of these facts. We have to educate them. Read our report about this matter here.
The Law of the Sea Treaty establishes a global tax to gain access to these resources. Under no circumstances should we accept that. It is another stepping stone on the road to world government. Our report on this aspect of the treaty can be found here.

I want to remind you that we have a special sectionon the dangers of the Law of the Sea Treaty on the left of our home page www.usasurvival.org You can read our reports and see our TV ad against the treaty. See that ad here.

We have also posted an interesting photo I took in the U.N. Bookstore back in 2005. Take a moment to look. It says a lot about what the U.N. thinks of the Clintons.

By the way, if you haven't seen our video of Hillary's appearance before the pro-world government World Federalist Association, please watch it. You can see it here.

These people are globalists determined to subvert U.S. sovereignty. Are we going to let them succeed?

For America,

Cliff Kincaid, President
