U.S. already $292 bln in the red this year - CBO

In October and November, the government spent $292 billion more than it took in, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said.

That was even worse than the same period last year, when the government was on its way to posting a record $1.4 trillion deficit for the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30.

The federal budget has been battered by the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression of the 1930s, as tax revenues have plunged and spending on safety-net programs like unemployment insurance have skyrocketed.

The budget deficit was $176.4 billion in October, according to Treasury Department records, and the CBO estimated the deficit for November will have come in at $115 billion.

The CBO gave its figures in billions of dollars and said numbers may not add up to the totals because of rounding.

Receipts totaled $132 billion in November, the CBO estimated, down 9 percent from the same month last year. That was partly due to new legislation that gives increased tax write-offs to corporations.

Outlays were down $23 billion from a year earlier, the CBO estimated, as the government spent less on federal programs to stem the financial crisis. 1. Americans can not continue to allow illegal aliens to pour over the borders and through the ports or remain here. The flow must be stopped by all means necessary at the borders and those who are here must be deported and returned to the homeland of citizenship every means available which includes enforcing US immigration law which includes deportation under the rule of law both voluntary and involuntary. Every state and local community must wise up and use their local and state law enforcement agencies to accomplish this task. Our country can not sustain an illegal segment of the US population without impoverishing our own citizens and bankrupting every government in the country.

2. Americans can not continue to rely on a mandated income-based tax system. We must convert immediately to the FairTax, that taxes only new products and services at the retail level. Our economy can not function properly with over 20% of the money supply being diverted off the top during the production and distribution stages before the final point of sale.

3. Americans can not continue to operate an economy with $840 billion a year foreign trade deficits in manufactured goods which represents $840 billion of lost money, jobs, investment, services, technical expertise, management skills and production innovations. It's not possible to sustain an economy anywhere on this planet under any system running these types of massive trade deficits. We must protect our trade so we can manage and balance these outrageous suicidal trade deficits. This $840 billion represents 5,250,000 manufacturing jobs if only 25% of that would have been US manufacturing jobs at the national average of approximately $40,000 a year before benefits, all lost to free trade which at a 6 to 1 multiplier effect which is the total number of jobs created by 1 manufacturing job lost to our economy from just this outrageous trade deficit in manufactured goods or 31,250,000 total jobs in the economy have been lost to free trade treason policies, before we even get to the 12 million jobs handed off to illegal aliens here. So we're 43 million jobs short. No surprise then that we have 26 million workers trapped in broad-based U6 unemployment, 17.5% of the US work force, looking for a full time job and another 51 million people on MediCaid, another 15 million households and at least another 15 million workers who are either working at wages that don't sustain them or can't find a job at all. That's before we count the 1.5 million immigrant workers who enter the country every year legally. Do the math. We've lost 43 milion jobs to free trade treason and illegal immigration. And we've got 43 million US citizens and Legal Residents looking for or in desperate need of a job. It's no coincidence.

4. Americans can no longer support the War on Drugs. It's the reason we aren't securing the borders. It's the reason we lost up to another $300 billion a yearof our money supply. It's the reason we have 800,000 people in prison on non-violent drug charges who should be at home with their families, working and living normal lives. It's why we can get a handle on the traffic or the trade or the types of drugs to whom they're sold, where they're sold, or the content, quality or mix of the heavy drugs that cause immediate addiction by design and is the most common cause of accidental overdose. This trade must owned and operated solely by US citizens from top to bottom, be legalized/regulated/taxed under the FairTax, with a portion of the taxes the drug users pay allocated to better education of the risk and consequences of drug use, regulatory enforcement under a civil code, not a criminal code, free counseling, medical care and rehabilitation on demand without stigma.

5. Americans can not continue to allow our stupid government to ban oil and gas drilling and manipulate another $400 billion of our money supply to leave our country in foreign oil purchases. This is irrational when we have our own enormous known reserves with more to be discovered and put into operation. We must drill baby drill while working on every alternative energy source our best and brightest can come up with to produce affordable and attractive alternatives and supplements.

It's not complicated. It's very simple. Do these 5 things and 90% of what wrong in America will right itself almost over-night without spending 1 more cent of government money or increasing our national debt by 1 more dime.

We must unite behind a plan, this 5 Point Plan is the best one out there, so lets move it forward and demand our politicians put it into action immediately or kick their butts to the curb in 2010.

The FairTax alone injects $2.7 Trillion back into the economy for production. Protecting Our Trade ensures the $2.7 Trillion is spent here plus brings home another $840 Billion in manufactured goods. Stopping illegal immigration saves and redistributes back to the American People and American Workers over $300 billion a year. Legalizing the drug trade brings home another $300 billion a year and saves $70 Billion in enforcement costs. Drill baby drill brings home $400 billion now flowing out of the country in imported oil purchases, almost half of our net trade deficits in manufactured goods. The FairTax also converts $1.3 Trillion now buried in useless not-for-profit non-taxable non-production dead end revenues back to the economy. Add it up.

That's over $5.5 Trillion, 35% of our entire GDP put back into our economy every single year multiplying as it goes until a final product or service is sold and then, the Goobermint gets its cut AFTER all the work is done, all the American Workers and American Businesses are paid, and a sale of a finished product or service has occurred.

$5.5 Trillion of new money that stays here recycling, multiplying, doing what it's supposed to do including paying good wages and benefits for 43 million more American Workers. Now when we create 43 million new jobs and increase the net expendable incomes of our workers and earners by on average $16,440 a year for a family of 4 earning between $50,000 and $60,000 a year ... guess what else happens? That's right, the 15 million workers on welfare go off welfare and our cost of welfare, unemployment, MediCaid, SCHIP, food stamps, free school lunches, HUD Slave Cabins, etc., etc., etc. are no longer needed because almost no one qualifies because they've got full-time good paying jobs instead. That's right, we save at least another $600 billion a year in government spending that is now diverted into you got it, the free market economy of the USA which means over-time we can not only afford to start paying down this outrageous national debt, but we can reduce the FairTax rate accordingly.

The situation we're in was not an accident. A $6 Trillion diversion of our money supply either shipped out of the country or squandered by our government? Nope. This was no accident. It was deliberately conspired and manipulated by evil traitors. Implement these 5 actions, shut them down, take our country back and get Americans Back To Work.
