    Money for nothing

When will the dupes in Washington get it? The US trained some Mexican military units to combat drug crime and the USA gets commando trained drug runners.
The billion dollars for giving the Mexican government boats, helicopters and intelligence will only enhance the abilities of the criminals. I suppose the criminals in Washington are sympathetic to their brethren in Mexico.
And what burns me up more than any thing else is this line: "There is a particularly sensitive issue with the Mexican sovereignty." Mexico gives not a damned about our sovereignty and they want us to respect theirs?
    HA! What a laugh!

Why do we give them anything at all? ABC just had a interview with the richest man in the world stating that he made $27,000,000 a day! A month of those wages should be more than enough to help his country.....

The Mexicans will never eradicate, much less seriously stem the drug trade. It's far too profitable for their national treasury. On the one hand, they are complicit in it's operations and enrich the national bank account and on the other, they make token efforts so that the 'stupid gringo politicians from up north" will hand them over billions of dollars.
