    Thank you for posting that - I was trying to remember just what I had read about the aluminum in Mexico.

    So, now all they have to do is just 'export' it through Mexico and no tariff?

    I like the idea, however, I confess I don't understand all I know about these trade deals, and subsidies.

    We complain about China paying subsidies to aluminum manufacturers and exporters, while we subsidize agricultural products big time - some gets exported.

    The US exported grain to Mexico that put a lot of small farmers out of business - one of the reasons for the huge influx of illegals years back.

    I don't understand -
