    IN NO WAY WOULD A SEAL TEAM ACT WITHOUT PERMISSON FROM PRES.I served in military for 30 years even in opperations in Grenada Panamal Iraq Afganastand trust me SEALS ARE HAND PICKED and would not take chances to loose their place in team,or put this country in harms way with another country.The arm forces would not act without pres.approval these high ranking officers would loose their jobs if they act alone these Generals are in place apointed by pres,so military acting alone without pres.approval no way.
