For two-and-a-half years, the neo-fascist Democrats, led by the corrupt Harry Reid (D-NV) and the looney and corrupt Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), willfully refused to submit a budget, in spite of holding a large majority in Congress, and the presidency. The government has thus been forced to operate on continuing resolutions, allowing the fascists to play brinksmanship games, over and over.
