Personally I really don't care about your response to Oath keepers. About 2 min was all I could watch, your don't seem to interested in our Constitution or Oath of Office.

However, I do care about using anyone's political affiliation or belief as an excuse to take a child from parent with out due process....If that was done as it certainly appears to be so far in this case, then it is wrong.

Aside from all of that, I am glad this has been brought out in the open because if any government agency operates in this manor as people are claiming then it borders on criminal. If there is little chance of these parents being able to defend themselves and/ or able to air their grievances in a court of law or in front of an unbiased jury or group of their peers, then it smacks of total abuse. Even the worst of criminals in our society get some legal defense in front of their peers. Since the courts or government agency in this case doesn't care much about the protections of these people then someone needs to stand and defend them....Now.... you don't even want them to try and get help from any source available, right or wrong a defense is needed.


so much for truth and justice and the AMERICAN way....

hey , since you've been following this so closely , i just thought you might like to know , that at this time , from what i've read on the oath keepers webctie that there are alligations that the baby has been sexual abused in CPS care ....

wow you make it sound so horrific ... until one remembers that she was declared an UNFIT mother by the state and had her two former children taken ...

there was a judge , he approved CPS's action to pull the baby ...

the hospital staff and CPS were only doing what they felt was in the child's best interests ... you make them sound down right EVIL ..

The due process and legal maze that you want to see would take time ... and every minute a child is left with unfit , mentally unsound parents is another minute that they can be killed or harmed ..

i should remind you that both of the people you will be out there defending are drug addicts , on welfare ,and i don't know if the girl has an extensive criminal history (MOD EDIT) !

In regard to due process, I was referring to a real court and a real jury not the kangaroo family court.

This is a country of laws and your saying it is a maze and takes too long...so just take the baby and screw due process.

CPS has a long history of child abuse, google CPS child slavery.

As for your accusations of my defending drug addicts. I happen to know who brings in the drugs (CIA) and profits from the drugs with billions of dollars involved and many government agents in on it. But if anyone is foolish to take the drugs they bring in - take the new born baby.

I find it no surprise that the name of agency is The Rochester Family Division Court. Get it division, divide the family, that is their job and it is Not a real court.

Defending Freedom and Liberty of the mother and her baby regardless of your accusations is the reason I will be there.

Irish Family Baby Returned

Jonathan Irish appeared on the Alex Jones Show this evening and said his infant daughter, Cheyenne, was returned to him and his fiancé, Stephanie Taylor. The state of New Hampshire, citing neglect, had abducted the newborn at the Concord Hospital.

Irish expressed his gratitude for the return of his daughter but said he was not at liberty to divulge details on the release due to a court gag order.

Irish told Alex Jones that his name was confused with that of another man with a similar name. The second man apparently has a record of domestic abuse and violence.

A court affidavit stated Jonathan Irish’s association with the Oath Keepers as one of the primary reasons the child was taken. “The Division became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the Oath Keepers and had purchased several different types of weapons, including a rifle, handgun and taser,â€

Thanks for the information this is great news.. Now will CPS be investigated? I certainly hope so because things like that can not continue to go on.
