There will be two 5 min votes and then 60 min debate on the rule will ensue and then a vote on the rule. After that there will be 90 mins of debate including 30 for Lee and 30 for McGovern. Four votes should occur at the end.

2. Lee Amend which basically limits the way monies can be spent for only force protection to fully fund the withdrawal of troops
3. Adding additional domestic monies
4. Motion to strike all military funds.
