    What flag is that flying above the American flag? I was unable to tell from the video.

    It does not look like a foreign or state flag but rather one of the ones you buy in a craft store or something along that line.

    What bothered me yesterday was a Cuban flag in the honor gaurd at a Memorial Day celebration.
