When Barack stated Muslims had a right to build a Mosque on Twin Tower scorched earth, he accidentally revisited a key American Revolutionary debate: Does a king have a divine right from God to act as he pleases? Or, were the Founders correct claiming a Natural Law existed over all human decisions, judging each act? This question is the topic of this essay, and will include appearances by the Founding Fathers and favorite writer Locke, versus Karl Marx and Mohammad.

In the Ground Zero Mosque case, Obama presumes his decisions are correct by themselves, outside of any other authority. But to believe this he rejects the Founder’s notion of a “law above human law.â€

If some one buys private property they have the right to do as they please with it.

If people don't like the idea of a mosque there tough. Life is not all kisses and sunshine , the people of new York are going to learn this and it maybe a lesson they need.

This is a thought-invoking article. It is not just about building a mosque but about obama's mind-set and thinking. I think the author describes, over and over in many ways, obama's mind-set well.

n defiantly rejecting America’s historic standards, Barack either does not know America well enough to represent us; or is so vigorously opposed to our convictions he takes any chance to shove his leftism down our collective throats; or he is so deranged he simply cannot birth a logical set of public policy. In any event, as argued here repeatedly (in articles 1; 2; 3 ), the only antidote to Obama’s political hari kari is to impeach and remove this very dangerous and diabolically un-American man before his pompous tyranny destroys us all. If not, where will the madness end?

Obama is all of the above 3 choices. And I don't think anyone with a rational half-way intelligent mind would argue that America is on a path of accelerated destruction aided by obama's narcissitic child-like actions and decisions. Madness indeed....

everyone knows obama is a fraud, he lied many times about different things. anyone who supports this illegal man is as wrong as he is. and would you like it if i built something on your parents grave, or on yor childs grave? I say, no more we need to take a stand and get him impeached get him out of AMERICA and he's not the first black president, he's the first mixed president. who is muslim.
