There are no American flags in this country anymore! They're all shortened version in the 3 : 5 (1:1.66) ;;proportion, instead of the proper 3 : 5.7 (1:1.9) size, or they're the fringed military flags. What I find the most interesting in this article, is that when the proper flag is displayed, it OVERRULES all the other flags and confers Constitutional jurisdiction! In other words, if you want Constitutional protection, you should bring the proper flag with you to the court.</FONT></P>



I mean, don't expect to have your Constitutional rights recognized in a courtroom that flies a foreign or military flag! Only the flag of the Republic confers Constitutional jurisdiction and protection. When I heard about the Moores bringing their flag to court I though it was silly, but now I'm not so sure.</P>

<P align=justify>The judges, with deliberate intent, and by overt judicial acts, are surrendering the Constitution of the united States of America to a foreign state/power as is denoted by the yellow or gold fringe flag in the courtroom, thereby causing any party appearing before his court a loss of their Constitutional RIGHTS. ;; Judges or other officers that swear an oath and affirmation to support and defend the Constitution for the united States of America and then surrender and erect 'foreign enclaves' upon the soil of the several States in breach of Article IV, Section 3, ARE GUILTY, by definition, of constructive treason, against the People.</P>

Wow! That's amazing! I'd measure our flag that we had at our commercial property, but a bunch of illegal aliens broke in and stole it.

It would appear that the fringed flags in courtroom signify the jurisdiction of the corporate Democracy, while the proper 1 x 1.9 size US flags did, and still do signify the Constitutional jurisdiction of the Republic.

And the shortened 1 x 1.66 size US flags AREN'T Constitutional flags.Under military rules, shortened flags are called "COLORS", which would mean that most government buildings today, display military "colors" instead of the proper Title 4 Constitutional flags.

In other words, we'll have our Constitutional Republic back, when the proper 1 x 1.9 size, unfringed flags will fly in our courtrooms.

Well, this year I am going to get a flag pole mount for my house and on the patriotic days I will fly my mother's burial flag. She was a veteran and they gave me a nice big one at the National Cemetery.
