Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified on Capitol Hill today about the future of US Foreign Policy. While speaking out clearly against countries like Iran, there remains a silence when it comes to denouncing atrocities in Bahrain, Albania and Iraq. There also seems to be a gap in perception about the success rate in Afghanistan.
