Baltimore police Officer Vincent Cosom viciously attacked Kollin Truss on June 15 after the two exchanged words. Truss was eventually arrested and charged with assaulting an officer.
"There’s a pattern here. First, these officers are stripping our clients of their dignity, their rights, then charging them with an assault that they themselves have perpetrated."
Truss’ attorneys said their client is the victim and that Cosom lied on his police report about fearing for his life when it was their client who was in danger. They also claim a police cover-up, saying charges were immediately dropped once the state’s attorney’s office saw the video.
"There was a video from the CitiWatch camera, meaning a Baltimore City police officer was manning the camera, watched the vicious assault on our client and then said absolutely nothing at all," Bates said.
Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said Cosom remained on the job for three months after the incident because there was a breakdown in communication. Batts said he didn’t find out about what happened until Truss’ attorneys made the video public in September.
But Truss’ attorneys disputed that Wednesday. ”They had the video, they had the facts, they had the officers, and they did absolutely nothing and were going to do absolutely nothing until (the video) showed on every single television”

“‘Simple rape’ shouldn’t be considered a crime,” says NOPD detective.
http://www.cnn.com/video/data/2.0/vi...tions.cnn.html
New Orleans – Information contained in an investigative report released Wednesday shocks the conscience. The most startling case involves a New Orleans detective that handled child abuse cases closing one particular case involving a 2-year-old, that was brought to an emergency room as a sexual assault victim, without ever investigating the case even though tests confirmed the child had contracted a STD.
According to a report from CNN, Akron Davis, the detective in charge of the case involving the 2-year-old, claimed the child “did not disclose any information that would warrant a criminal investigation and closed the case.” Common sense would dictate that a child testing positive for an STD would be indicative of sexual activity, but apparently not to this detective.
The report examined the work of five detectives in the New Orleans Special Victims Unit, between the months of January 2011 through December 2013.
The investigation indicates that follow up reports on cases were only filed in 179 out of 1,290 sex crimes, with one detective going so far as to state that he believed “simple rape” shouldn’t be considered a crime.
“Simple rape” is defined as someone having sex with another person without their consent.
The report indicated that many cases of abused children and rape victims were never even investigated, with only 450 initial reports being filed out of the 1,290 calls. Detectives failed to write a report in 65 percent of the cases, classifying them as “miscellaneous,” thus leaving no possible way to even attempt to investigate these cases now.
And to add insult to injury, police officials have confirmed that the five detectives — Akron Davis, Vernon Haynes, Merrell Merricks, Derrick Williams and Damita Williams — have all been reassigned to patrol duty, and two supervisors have been transferred, though no one has yet had to face any disciplinary action.
http://tftppull.freethoughtllc.netdn...child-rape.jpg
So rather than actually punishing these officers, it seems everyday citizens will be the ones punished by having to deal with these vile miscreants working a beat.
The lack of accountability and total disregard for public safety on the part of the New Orleans Police Department is mind numbing. In total only 14 percent of cases were followed up on by the detectives.
The report called on police to fully investigate at least 271 cases that the detectives failed to investigate, according Daily Mail.
Two of the detectives are accused in the report of writing six reports on the same day in 2013 in an effort to make it look like follow up reports were done for previous cases from years past.
Police Superintendent Michael Harrison stated that he was “deeply disturbed” by the report, and said the detectives could potentially be fired and face criminal charges pending an internal investigation.
This department is no stranger to corruption, as the U.S. Department of Justice in 2012 investigated the NOPD. The investigation found massive corruption, excessive force, discrimination, and numerous issues with the sex crimes unit.
After the scathing federal investigation the city agreed to make a number of changes. A federal monitor was installed to oversee compliance of the changes, which obviously never took place judging by this latest scandal.
The extreme nature and gravity of these allegations indicate that this department has not changed and will not change. How can anyone trust an organization that allows the people they allege to protect to be brutalized without even an investigation?
The violation of the peoples’ trust, shown in this report, has to be one of the most startling cases of wholesale ineptness that this nation has ever witnessed.

The new, reverse Robin Hoods
Cops legally steal in every state
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbkAwS2Gz_w
The fancy, legal term is Civil Asset Forfeiture.
The simple term is theft.
You can also call it highway robbery - for that is exactly what it is.
Cops have the legal right to seize your assets - cash, car, even your home - on the flimsiest of suspicions.
You will not be charged with a crime, but you will never see your belongings again.
Then law enforcement agencies will split up the proceeds for themselves.
Most of their victims are poor, and minorities - the perfect choice, since they have limited means to fight back.
It's as if the Sheriff of Nottingham is back. Where's Robin Hood when you need him?

Another Unarmed Man Killed by Police, After, You Guessed it, “Reaching for his Waistband”
By Cassandra Rules on December 3, 2014
Bakersfield, CA– In a tale we have heard repeated far too many times, 22-year-old Ramiro James Villegas, who went by the name James De La Rosa, was killed by jumpy police in Bakersfield after allegedly “reaching for his waistband” on November 13. Just like Dillon Taylor who was executed in August by Salt Lake City Police, Villegas was unarmed.
http://tftppull.freethoughtllc.netdn...2/villegas.png
Villegas had just crashed his car after a high speed chase when three officers opened fire and a fourth engaged a Taser.
“The cop got out and just shot him in the head like three times,” one witness, 23 year old Salvador Gonzalez, told the Bakersfield Californian.
Gonzalez explained that Villegas had gotten out of the car with his hands outward, but downward from his sides after the crash. He stated that Villegas appeared to be unarmed, which he was.
Other witnesses claim he had put his hands up, something the officers deny.
The department of course tells a different story, claiming he had moved towards them aggressively and reached for his waistband. A likely story we have heard a thousand times before. Why are all these unarmed men always allegedly “reaching for their waistbands”?
This young man was by all accounts a good person- who took in stray dogs, loved the dodgers, and had never been in trouble with the law. He was living with his mother to insure that she made it to her doctor’s appointments, his sister told the Californian. She also was very clear he had nothing in his hands, not even a cellphone, to give the officers the impression that he was armed.
Hundreds have gathered since his death for protests and vigils, many using the “Hands Up” phrase which began with Mike Brown in Ferguson, but has grown to be a battle cry against all of the death, brutality, and corruption at the hands of police everywhere.
All four officers are currently on paid vacations.

NYPD Chokehold Cop Not Indicted in Death of Eric Garner
Nick Gillespie|Dec. 3, 2014 2:26 pm
http://cloudfront-media.reason.com/m...pg?h=239&w=211The New York Post reports on the grand jury investigating whether New York Police Department Office Daniel Pantaleo should be indicted in the July death of Eric Garner:A Staten Island grand jury cleared an NYPD cop Wednesday in the chokehold death of Eric Garner during his caught-on-video arrest for peddling loose cigarettes, The Post has learned.More.
The panel voted a “no-bill” and dismissed all potential charges against Officer Daniel Pantaleo, sources said.
The blockbuster decision capped weeks of investigation by the special grand jury, which was empaneled in September specifically to review evidence in Garner’s racially charged death.
It was unclear exactly what charges prosecutors asked the grand jury to consider filing, or how the vote went.
Garner was being questioned about selling loose cigarettes ("loosies") in Staten Island.
Chokeholds such as the one seen in the image are prohibited in the NYPD's rule book but are not technically illegal. While police originally claimed that the 350-lb., 43-year-old Garner died of a heart attack during the altercation, a coroner ruled the death a homicide and said the chokehold and other police actions were the cause.
Here is cell phone footage of the incident:

No Indictment for Cop Who Killed Father of 6, Eric Garner, on Video
By Matt Agorist on December 3, 2014

New York, NY — On July 17 of this year, Officer Daniel Pantaleo of the NYPD, placed Eric Garner in a chokehold ruled illegal by the department, eventually killing the man. The entire incident was caught on video.
Today, in a devastating blow to justice, a grand jury decided not to indict Panteleo in the murder of Garner.

Pantaleo placed father of 6, Eric Garner, in a chokehold and slammed his head to the pavement, piling on top of him as he gasped for air.
The continuous pleas for help were bone chilling as he was telling the cops that he couldn’t breathe.
The video went ultra viral, helping to expose the atrocious acts of the NYPD.
The world watched in horror as NYPD cops killed a man on film.
Most of us could see this violence for exactly what it was, murder. The New York City Medical Examiner’s office even released a statement ruling the official cause of death a homicide due to “compression of neck, chest and positioning during restraint by police.”
This decision not to indict will undoubtedly and justifiably be met with heavy protests.
Police in New York City actually began preparing for potential protests before the grand jury decision was announced.
“We, as you might expect, are planning accordingly,” New York Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said at a news conference on Tuesday.
Bratton did not reveal how many officers were placed out on the streets ahead of the announcement, but he said that officers have been told to walk a fine line between allowing the protesters to express their anger while keeping public order.
“If they engage in criminal activity, such as vandalism ‒ actual crime ‒ they will be arrested, quite simply,” he said. “But we have the ability to have a level of tolerance ‒ breathing room, if you will.”
Our hearts go out to Garner’s family, this decision is truly devastating.

This is so sad! I don't think justice has been served when 5 police officers can choke hold an unarmed man to the point of death and not be held responsible. Seems the police have lost touch and cannot assess a situation but just react. My heart goes out to this family who has lost a dad and a husband.
This needs to be understood. What do whites ,blacks, browns , and tans have in common? We're all humans under the threat of violence from the state, but they're trying to make it a race issue to divide us . The only way it can be a race issue is because we have a system in place that allows racists to be given a license to kill. That system needs to change. I will play no part in any race war being promoted by the media, the government, or any race gaiters. Of all the wars that can be fought ,a race war is the most stupid %$#*!@ thing I've ever heard, and I believe we are past that.

More Than 1,000 People Have Been Killed by Police in 2014
Scott Shackford|Dec. 9, 2014 10:55 am
http://cloudfront-media.reason.com/m...pg?h=169&w=300There are no frills to be found at www.killedbypolice.net. The site is just a simple spreadsheet. The information it contains, though, is invaluable. It is a list of every single person documented to have been killed by police in the United States in 2013 and 2014. There are links to a media report for every single death, as well as their names, ages, and when known, sex and race.
The site is so valuable because, as we’ve noted previously, there is no reliable national database for keeping track of the number of people killed by police each year. The FBI tracks homicides by law enforcement officers, but participation is voluntary, and many agencies don’t participate. As I noted last week, Eric Garner’s death at the hands of a New York Police Department won’t show up in the FBI’s statistics for 2014 because the state of New York does not participate in the program.
The FBI’s statistics for 2013 say that law enforcement officers killed 461 people that year. Killedbypolice.net apparently got its start last year. Using their system of monitoring by news report, they have calculated that police actually killed 748 people between May and December. That’s 287 more than the FBI reports for the whole year.
And for 2014, which still has a couple of weeks left, the site has reported 1,029 people have been killed by police. That’s about a 30 percent increase over last year, though with four-month gap at the start of 2013 (measuring 25 percent of the year), it's possible the numbers would be much closer if we had January through April. Even with the FBI’s broken numbers, we know that 2013 marked a two-decade high in killings by police.
Neither the site nor its Facebook page indicates who is responsible for compiling this information, and they’re protecting their identity by hosting the site through GoDaddy. We can’t talk to whoever is responsible for this database about how or why they started it and how much effort it is to keep track of this information. Here is a page for people to submit information to help improve the quality of the database.

The police aren’t what’s wrong about America. The police are one of the last things that’s right about America,” Sheriff Clarke said.
“We have to talk about the violence and who the perpetrators are,” Sheriff Clarke said, arguing that many young black males have “no care whatsoever for their fellow man.”
He argued that the media need to “confront this ugly truth, and talk about it.”

The Game Is Rigged: Why Americans Keep Losing to the Police State
John Whitehead December 11, 2014
"The truth is that the State is a conspiracy designed not only to exploit, but above all to corrupt its citizens."—Leo Tolstoy
My 7-year-old granddaughter has suddenly developed a keen interest in card games: Go Fish, Crazy Eights, Old Maid, Blackjack, and War. We've fallen into a set pattern now: every time we play, she deals the cards, and I pretend not to see her stacking the deck in her favor. And of course, I always lose.
I don't mind losing to my granddaughter at Old Maid, knowing full well the game is rigged. For now, it's fun and games, and she's winning. Where the rub comes in is knowing that, someday, she'll be old enough to realize that being a citizen in the American police state is much like playing against a stacked deck: you're always going to lose.
The game is rigged, and "we the people" keep getting dealt the same losing hand. Even so, we stay in the game, against all odds, trusting that our luck will change.
The problem, of course, is that luck will not save us. The people dealing the cards—the politicians, the corporations, the judges, the prosecutors, the police, the bureaucrats, the military, the media, etc.—have only one prevailing concern, and that is to maintain their power and control over the country and us.
It really doesn't matter what you call them—the 1%, the elite, the controllers, the masterminds, the shadow government, the police state, the surveillance state, the military industrial complex—so long as you understand that while they are dealing the cards, the deck will always be stacked in their favor.
Incredibly, no matter how many times we see this played out, Americans continue to naively buy into the idea that it's our politics that divide us as a nation. As if there were really a difference between the Democrats and Republicans. As if the policies of George W. Bush were any different from those of Barack Obama. As if we weren't a nation of sheep being fattened for the kill by a ravenous government of wolves.
We're in trouble, folks, and changing the dealer won't save us: it's time to get out of the game.
We have relinquished control of our government to overlords who care nothing for our rights, our dignity or our humanity, and now we're saddled with an authoritarian regime that is deaf to our cries, dumb to our troubles, blind to our needs, and accountable to no one.
Even revelations of wrongdoing amount to little in the way of changes for the better.
For instance, after six years of investigation, 6,000 written pages and $40 million to write a report that will not be released to the public in its entirety, the U.S. Senate has finally concluded that the CIA lied about its torture tactics, failed to acquire any life-saving intelligence, and was more brutal and extensive than previously admitted. This is no revelation. It's a costly sleight of hand intended to distract us from the fact that nothing has changed. We're still a military empire waging endless wars against shadowy enemies, all the while fattening the wallets of the defense contractors for whom war is money.
Same goes for the government's surveillance programs. More than a year after Edward Snowden's revelations dominated news headlines, the government's domestic surveillance programs are just as invasive as ever. In fact, while the nation was distracted by the hubbub over the long-awaited release of the Senate's CIA torture, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court quietly reauthorized the National Security Agency's surveillance of phone records. This was in response to the Obama administration's request to keep the program alive.
Police misconduct and brutality have been dominating the news headlines for months now, but don't expect any change for the better. In fact, with Obama's blessing, police departments continue to make themselves battle ready with weapons and gear created for the military. Police shootings of unarmed citizens continue with alarming regularity. And grand juries, little more than puppets controlled by state prosecutors, continue to legitimize the police state by absolving police of any wrongdoing.
These grand juries embody everything that's wrong with America today. In an age of secret meetings, secret surveillance, secret laws, secret tribunals and secret courts, the grand jury—which meets secretly, hears secret testimony, and is exposed to only what a prosecutor deems appropriate—has become yet another bureaucratic appendage to a government utterly lacking in transparency, accountability and adherence to the rule of law.
It's a sorry lesson in how a well-intentioned law or program can be perverted, corrupted and used to advance illegitimate purposes. The war on terror, the war on drugs, asset forfeiture schemes, road safety schemes, school zero tolerance policies, eminent domain, private prisons: all of these programs started out as legitimate responses to pressing concerns. However, once you add money and power into the mix, even the most benevolent plans can be put to malevolent purposes.
In this way, the war on terror has become a convenient ruse to justify surveillance of all Americans, to create a suspect society, to expand the military empire, and to allow the president to expand the powers of the Executive Branch to imperial heights.
Under cover of the war on drugs, the nation's police forces have been transformed into extensions of the military, with SWAT team raids carried out on unsuspecting homeowners for the slightest charge, and police officers given carte blanche authority to shoot first and ask questions later.
Asset forfeiture schemes, engineered as a way to strip organized crime syndicates of their ill-gotten wealth, have, in the hands of law enforcement agencies, become corrupt systems aimed at fleecing the citizenry while padding the pockets of the police.
Eminent domain, intended by the founders as a means to build roads and hospitals for the benefit of the general public, has become a handy loophole by which local governments can evict homeowners to make way for costly developments and shopping centers.
Private prisons, touted as an economically savvy solution to cash-strapped states with overcrowded prisons have turned into profit- and quota-driven detention centers that jail Americans guilty of little more than living off the grid, growing vegetable gardens in the front yards, or holding Bible studies in their back yards.
Traffic safety schemes such as automated red light and speed cameras, ostensibly aimed at making the nation's roads safer, have been shown to be thinly disguised road taxes, levying hefty fines on drivers, most of whom would never have been pulled over, let alone ticketed, by an actual police officer.
School zero tolerance policies, a response to a handful of school shootings, have become exercises in folly, turning the schools into quasi-prisons, complete with armed police, metal detectors and lockdowns. The horror stories abound of 4- and 6-year-olds being handcuffed, shackled. and dragged, kicking and screaming, to police headquarters for daring to act like children while at school.
As for grand juries, which were intended to serve as a check on the powers of the police and prosecutors, they have gone from being the citizen's shield against injustice to a weapon in the hands of government agents. A far cry from a people's court, today's grand jury system is so blatantly rigged in favor of the government as to be laughable. Unless, that is, you happen to be one of the growing numbers of Americans betrayed and/or victimized by their own government, in which case, you'll find nothing amusing about the way in which grand juries are used to terrorize the populace all the while covering up police misconduct.
Unfortunately, as I make clear in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, we're long past the point of simple fixes. The system has grown too large, too corrupt, and too unaccountable. If there's to be any hope for tomorrow, it has to start at the local level, where Americans still have a chance to make their voices heard. Stop buying into the schemes of the elite, stop being distracted by their sleight-of-hands, stop being manipulated into believing that an election will change anything, and stop playing a rigged game where you'll always be the loser.
It's time to change the rules of the game. For that matter, it's time to change the game.

Wisconsin Policeman: "I Stopped Caring Today"
ow.ly
Rodney Lee Conover — December 12, 2014
Read more at http://joeforamerica.com/2014/12/wis...-caring-today/
Today, I stopped caring about my fellow man. I stopped caring about my community, my neighbors, and those I serve. I stopped caring today because a once noble profession has become despised, hated, distrusted, and mostly unwanted.
I stopped caring today because parents refuse to teach their kids right from wrong and blame us when they are caught breaking the law. I stopped caring today because parents tell their little kids to be good or “the police will take you away” embedding a fear from year one. Moms hate us in their schools because we frighten them and remind them of the evil that lurks in the world.
They would rather we stay unseen, but close by if needed, but readily available to “fix their kid.” I stopped caring today because we work to keep our streets safe from mayhem in the form of reckless, drunk, high, or speeding drivers, only to be hated for it, yet hated even more because we didn’t catch the drunk before he killed someone they may know.
Nevertheless, we are just another tool used by government to generate “revenue.” I stopped caring today because Liberals hate the police as we carry guns, scare kids, and take away their drugs. We always kill innocent people with unjust violence. We are called bullies for using a Taser during a fight, but are condemned further for not first tasing the guy who pulls a gun on us.
And if we do have to shoot, we are asked “why didn’t you just shoot the gun out of their hand?” And when one of us is killed by the countless attacks that do happen (but are rarely reported in the mainstream media) the haters say, “Its just part of the job.” I stopped caring today because Conservatives hate us as we are “the Government.” We try to take away their guns, freedoms, and liberty at every turn.
We represent a “Police State” where “jackbooted badge-wearing thugs” randomly attack innocent people without cause or concern for constitutional rights. We are Waco, Ruby Ridge, and Rodney King all rolled into one lone police officer stopping to help change an old lady’s tire. I stopped caring today as no one wants us around, but instantly demands answers, results, arrests, when a crime takes place.
If a crime isn’t solved within the allocated 60 minutes it takes CSI on television, we are inept, incompetent, or covering something up. If we do get “lucky” it was just that and everyone with a Facebook account can post wonderful comments of how “they” would solve the case and how “we” are not nearly as clever.
I stopped caring today because a video of a cop six states away, from a department that you never heard of, screws up and forgets his oath of honor, thus firing up an internet lynch-mob of cop haters even though 99% of us work twice as hard not to end up in the news and to still be “the good guys.” We are “militarized” because we wear body armor and kevlar helmets when shots are fired or rocks thrown at us and carry scary looking rifles even though everyone knows that they are easier to shoot and are more accurate than a handgun or a shotgun.
I stopped caring today because the culture of today’s instantly connected youth is only there to take and never give back. To never accept responsibility for ones actions, but to blame everyone else instead of themselves. To ask “what is in it for me?” versus “what can I do for you?”
To idolize gangsters, thugs, sexually promiscuous behavior, and criminals over hard work, dedication, and achievement. To argue that getting stoned should be a right, yet getting a job or an education is a hassle. To steal verus earn. To hate versus help. Yes, I stopped caring today. But tomorrow, I will put my uniform back on and I will care again.

How is Godlessness Working Out for You America?
Bradlee Dean 7 hours ago
"Left to himself, man is half beast and half devil."Just this week, we heard of a grisly killing in Mississippi where Jessica Chambers, 19, went to clean her car and get something to eat. Shortly thereafter, Jessica was found walking down a rural road on fire. Ninety-eight percent of her body was burned except the bottom of her feet. She had been beaten, doused with lighter fluid and set ablaze. She later died in the hospital.
-George Whitefield
Or just when you think that it could not get any worse we have Gregory Graf shooting and killing his step-daughter, 33-year-old Jessica Padgett, a mother of three. Gregory raped her dead corpse and then buried her in his backyard.
It was reported that Gregory couldn't face the death penalty because Jessica was dead when he abused her sexually. Anyone in their right mind would believe that would be more of a reason to give him the death penalty, but not in America.
Even worse is that the supposed justice system (a 64 billion dollar a year money maker and producer of slave labor) in this country will show more compassion on the criminals than they will the victims.
The American people will stand down and allow those who are supposed to administer justice to aid those that commit such crimes by simply looking the other way when justice should be demanded.
I can hear someone say, "This has been going on for years." True that! But the fact of the matter is that the American people have not put a stop to it. And crimes are becoming more heinous. Why? It's because soft Judges produce hardened criminals. Often time's leniency will encourage the crime (showing mercy to the unrepentant).
Remember that love is the fulfilling of the law. Because you love people at large, it is then a mercy to bring forth judgment because it protects the innocent (Romans 13:8). Friends, love worketh no ill (Romans 13:10). Love owes the truth and the truth is what sets men free (John 14:6).
The older I get, the more I understand why God said "An eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe (Exodus 21: 24-25)."
I have heard it said that an "eye for an eye" will leave the whole world blind. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you do not want to do the time, then I say don't commit the crime.
We should expect that when a crime is committed, justice will not be delayed.
Don't say to yourselves that love suggests a softness on crime as if to overlook judgment because of kindness. If that is the case, then love wounds itself by killing justice)
"And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death." Leviticus 24:17
In America, crime is encouraged contrary to God's judgments. The criminal is allotted three crimes to be committed before America's justice system deals with them. You know three strikes and you are out.
Criminals commit the crimes. They are then thrown in jail for 3 square meals a day, education, recreation and all the while the victim is overlooked. All of this takes place on the taxpayers' dime.
What is this nation becoming? I can tell you. It's becoming exactly what God said it would become if it turned its back on Him.
"The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." Psalm 9:17This is the God in whom "all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do (Hebrews 4:13)."
Men also fail to remember that their sins are before a holy and just God, who beholds the "good and the evil" (Proverbs 15:3).
"And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against the LORD, and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass." -2 Chronicles 19:10So, what happens when these commandments are ignored? Take a look around and remember the words of the Lord.
"Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it. Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people." -Deuteronomy 4:5-6Read more at http://freedomoutpost.com/2014/12/go...1WQQeH0XzwW.99

Papers Please! Open Carry Activist Harassed By Police, Officers Fail To Erase Evidence
Americans need to wake up to the fact that these encounters with police aren't isolated incidents. Law enforcement officials all over the nation are being allowed to take the law into their own hands, and they're never held accountable, even when they get caught red handed.

It's time we all admit that law enforcement in general has become an enemy to the Constitution. I'm tired of hearing about how there are still good cops, or that police are getting a bad name because of a few bad apples. On the contrary, this type of thing is systemic throughout all law enforcement, right down to the local police in small towns. It's beyond me how anyone can work for a law enforcement agency and still have the chutzpah to call themselves patriots when even the most basic day-to-day duties of a police officer are in complete opposition to the Bill of Rights.
