VIDEO: How Many Wives Can a Muslim Have on Welfare in Michigan?

The state of Michigan has a large and growing population of Muslims, and a majority of them have congregated in and around the Detroit area.
In fact, the city of Dearborn has such a large Muslim population, that it has become colloquially known as “Dearbornistan,” and has even begun implementing aspects of Shariah law.

Shariah law is a code of laws based on and guided by the Islamic faith. It generally allows for the mistreatment of women and views them as property, allowing a Muslim man to “own” multiple wives.
Although polygamy is illegal in the United States, it is apparently acceptable in Michigan, as an informative video explains how Muslim men are able to claim up to four wives as dependents while on welfare. (H/T The Conservative Citizen)
According to the video, Muslim men can claim up to three additional wives on their welfare application as “extended family,” and they will qualify for additional benefits.

Anyone who wishes to verify this information is encouraged to contact the Michigan Department of Human Services. A phone number for the Michigan EBT card hotline is also provided, along with instructions to press “3” for information in Arabic.



Of course, all of the benefits for the additional wives of Muslim men in Michigan are paid for by the American taxpayer.
As more and more Muslims immigrate to the United States, and President Obama continues to expand the welfare state, costs for the program will only go up.
This cannot be tolerated. Muslims who partake of America’s generous public assistance programs should be held to the same standards as every other American. That means multiple wives can’t be claimed, nor should food banks be required to provide special “halal” food for Muslims, as Muslims in Minnesota are demanding.
Unfortunately, this absurdity will probably continue, at least as long as the Obama administration is in power. There are few doubts anymore about where Obama’s sympathies lie, and they don’t lie with the American people. One need look no further than the fact that the Muslim Brotherhood has been welcomed into all levels of government by the Obama administration to see who Obama’s top priority is.
