On the other hand , with regard to the SCOTUS Obamacare decision, who appointed Ginsberg, Kagan, Sotomayor and Breyer? Clinton and Obama. Unfortunately, politics and life are like a casino. Nothing is guaranteed except that the house always wins in the long run, and in the short run we have to play the odds as best we can. Odds are better with a GOP prez than with a Dem, and in the next 4 years there could be as many as 3 new appointments required. Who would you rather have make them.......Obama or Romney?
