    The war on food - and health

    I have a very simple approach to all this.

    If it requires an ingredient list, it's suspect.

    If it comes in a bottle, a box, a bag or a can, I look for an alternative.

    Food is not supposed to be manufactured. It's supposed to be grown.

    You want to fight the power? It's simple. Stop buying their crap.

    A survey of how our food supply is being
    deliberately contaminated by corporate
    America.
