The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency.

This was by design. The Liberals (Marxists) intent was to discourage as many from even reading the whole bill/law, and to utterly confuse those who did.

Bullet Two.

Example: Obama-Care is 2,700 pages.

It contains over 2,500 referrences to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

More than 700 times when they're told that they "SHALL" do something.

More than 200 times where they "may" take action at their own, sole discretion.

139 times Obama-Care states that the "Secretary determines".

The Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act is over 2,319 pages.

Confers nearly unlimited, unmonitored power to a few agencies who will control by fiat America's financial, banking and investment sectors.

The bill/law also creates new agencies (the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) that have NO Congressional oversight.

This overall process was repeated numerous times with other legislation all with the intent of granting unfettered power to the executive branch controlled Barack Obama and his radical associates.
