We came within four votes of the U.S. Senate giving our , Constitutional rights over

Many years ago, in the early 1900's the US Supreme Court ruled that there were three militias in the United States. The standing army, the National Guard and the non-uniformed American citizen militia and they went on to rule that Citizens could purchase guns of every type, "as many as they can afford".. In WWII the Japanese decided not to try to invade the US mainland because "there would be a gun behind every blade of grass". They believed citizens would be behind those guns until the army arrived and would drive them out.

Thank your Congressmen if their names are not on this list, but if they are, like Harry Reid of Nevada, or several from California, they need to be driven out of office in the next election, because they have committed treason after giving an oath to defend the Constitution.

This was also a vote that would have meant the end of private gun ownership and hunting as well as confiscation of all guns that Americans use to defend themselves.

Remember too that one of the only Countries never involved in or attacked in a European war is Switzerland; where every adult citizen is issued a rifle by the government. They are also a gun behind every blade of grass. And it had kept them safe.

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:

"To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."

The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.
