New developments

Dr. Alan Keyes filed a lawsuit in California, November 14, 2008: http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=P ... geId=80931 'Constitutional crisis' looming over Obama's birth location. "The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others."

Let me focus on Leo Donofrio's lawsuit http://www.blogtext.org/naturalborncitizen/ which I covered in Part II of my last column. Leo is asking you to please write a short letter to Justice Clarence Thomas now that his case is docketed. You need only ask Justice Thomas to hear Leo's case on an expedited basis because Obama's refusal to prove he's a natural born citizen is building into a constitutional crisis that cannot be allowed to progress to the swearing in process should the electoral college actually go ahead and vote him in on December 15, 2008. Provide the case title and name:

I have been exchanging emails with Leo and he continues to reinforce the main issue of 'natural born citizen'. His latest posting for your convenience:

At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship

As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

"Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.â€

Way too many people are still clueless about this situation, if you haven't already please sign this document! For your information when you sign it you will get counted. If you sign this twice you will get counted on page 1 only. Any other page will show you exactly how many people signed this it will not count you twice. So, this number will be less.
