Who has say on Constitutional law?
Who has the final say on the constitutionality of federal laws?
If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the federal government and deems an obviously unconstitutional law to be constitutional then tensions between the states and the federal government will increase significantly. At this point, the Constitutional crisis will expose its head for all to see, and the fundamental question at the heart of it all is:

The so-called Supreme Court is actually composed of nine politicians. They are actually elected by Congress. They hold their office because of politics and for no other reason. They aren't appointed for life but on good behavior. The term good behavior is nowhere defined in the Constitution. It's up to Congress to determine what that means. Congress can remove any judge at any time by just subjecting them to another confirmation hearing. If they don't get a majority of the vote they would then be removed. The supreme court is not supreme. The people are supreme.
