Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is angry at Democrats for speeding up the start of Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation hearings – to July 13.

“They want the shortest confirmation timeline in recent memory for someone with the longest record in recent memory,â€

Judge La Raza is going to be on the Supreme Court.

I believe she will be put into office no matter what the American people want because Obama and his Communists have an agenda that takes precedence over us.

The biggest victim of this scam is the American people.

    Victim!

You are not a victim when it is self-inflicted. It's no ones fault but her own for having her foot stuck in her mount and everyone pointing it out.

She's a bad choice for the Supreme Court. Simple as that. Hit the reset button and pick someone more suitable that doesn't have all that race related baggage.

She thought it was fine to comment anyhow she wanted to in the past. Thank goodness she did comment. [quote]The ruckus over Sotomayor isn't about judicial activism, empathy or identity politics. It's about how some white males got their noses out of joint because Sotomayor said in a 2001 speech that she “would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life.â€

I do hope they get around to mentioning that affirmative action helps white males too by giving them a built-in excuse when they fall short and don't get everything they desire.
Built in excuse? Built in excuse? EXCUSE ME but it is a built in COMPLAINT when merit is put aside and extra points are given simply for being from a minority.

This practice has absolutely no effect on elite white kids as they will always have a major head start. It is the poor white youth who are forced to pay the bill for affirmative action. It is their path to advancement that is stunted so that the Elite might feel better about themselves in helping to advance minorities.

I can't remember one single article that points this FACT out.

Success is 90% of who knows who, and what are the numbers to be filled.

So the rich elitists and minorities are buddies in the job place.
