Health care may be Supreme Court nail-biter

Health care may be Supreme Court nail-biter

Monday’s federal court decision striking down the Democrats' health care reform law is just Act I in a long legal drama — and nobody knows how it will end.

The suspense is killing both sides.

If the US Supreme Court upholds Obama Care, especially the individual mandate, then they've given the federal government the right to impose purchases of anything and everything special interest groups want to force you buy.

I like the idea of everyone having insurance to get medical care. But the idea of being forced to buy insurance goes to far by miles. If its upheld in the SC as constitutional it will be a disaster on the implications that the government can basically force people to spend money.

The issue is they have the power to regulate but not the power to force people to spend money. That is the entire core and is just wrong.

Instead they should simply say that hospitals have the right to deny anyone healthcare who doesn't either have insurance or cash on hand. Children should be on parents plans and adults should have their own plans from the day they start working. With that pass the law that says healthcare companies can't deny coverage from pre-existing conditions unless the person has been more then 2 years w/o healthcare coverage from either parent, medicaid, or private purchased.

But some say I'm a crazy nut saying people should have to pay for private services they use heh.

How come they can force drivers to have car insurance?
    Isn't that the same thing?
