National Journal and the Migration Policy Institute smear NumbersUSA
I hope you will leave a corrective comment on National Journal's story "Does Immigration Spark Nativism?" which reports that the Migration Policy Institute has named NumbersUSA "among the most powerful nativist voices in the country."
That is demonstrably false. NumbersUSA is a non-partisan organization that believes native-born and foreign-born citizens should be treated equally. Our website states that NumbersUSA is "pro-environment, pro-worker, pro-liberty and pro-immigrant."
The false slur serves one purpose and one purpose only: to shut down the debate by marginalizing NumbersUSA and its one million members who support traditional levels of immigration.
