Averting a Crisis in Confidence; Citizen files Lawsuit Against Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed demanding verification of Barack Obama’s citizenship status.

Seattle WA. 10/9/2008 — Steven Marquis, a resident of Fall City WA today filed suit in Washington State Superior Court against Secretary of State Sam Reed demanding verification of Barack Obama’s citizenship status.

The complaint seeks specifically that the office of the Washington Secretary of State verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a “natural bornâ€

I don't understand why Barack Pick a Name is not just coming clean on this. Why would a person running for the highest office in the country try to ignore this?

If it were me, I would walk into PA Federal court with my documents and ask to speak to the judge persiding over Berg vs Barack aka Barry "Pick a Name" Obama. End of case.

We don't need scandal in the White House.

Quit posting that crappy factcheck.org birth cert!!!!!. That crappy copy means NOTHING to a Judge!!!! A judge needs to verify an Original copy. And Besides he changed to an Indonesian citizen disqualifying his natural born status!! Obama worked for factcheck.org.

Have you read the discovery request made by Berg in the PA case?

This is a reproduction of the birth record, which from what I understand could have been marked up yesterday and not the "long form" which is a copy of the origional record.

The second problem, aside from the birth record is that he may not even be a US citizen because he attended school in Indonesia and they do not allow dual citizenship or allow non-citizens to attend school. That means his citizenship would have been renounced at about age 10.
