Woman accused of prostituting 14-year-old

ORT WORTH -- A 32-year-old woman was arrested over the weekend, accused of trying to get men to pay for sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Debra Flores Castillo faces a charge of compelling prostitution.



Also arrested was Jorge Martinez, 32, who police say took Castillo up on her offer.



Police responded to the 4600 block of Miller Avenue in east Fort Worth about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, where witnesses told officers that a woman in a grey Toyota Four Runner was driving around the area prostituting a girl. The witnesses told police that the woman had approached men, asking them if they wanted to have sex with the girl in exchange for $50.

Officers checked the area and found Castillo, the girl and Martinez, police said.

Martinez, who faces a charge of sexual assault of a child, remained in Mansfield Jail Monday with bail set at $10,000. Castillo was also being held in the jail with bail set at $10,000. Police said the relationship between Castillo and the 14-year-old girl is unknown at this point.

The Fort Worth police department’s Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating the case.

Woman Charged With Prostituting Child Relative

SEYMOUR, Ind. -- A southern Indiana woman has been arrested and charged with prostituting a 12-year-old female relative.

Tina Day, 38, is being held in the Jackson County Jail, charged with promoting prostitution and child solicitation.

Jose Mendez, 35, is being charged with child molesting, after being accused of paying day to have sex with the girl.

Police in Seymour continue to investigate the case.

This is sick. I saw one illegal girl who was 14 and she went with her sister's friend to party in South Beach. She was given drugs, alcohol and taken shopping and then they started training her for porn. It was disguisting. A relative had her sister deported back to Peru and the relative called police about this one. When had to pick her up and take her to family and child as the relative no longer wanted to deal with her as she kept running away to be with her so called friends. The kid just didn't want to get it.
