    It appears that the city is more concerned with a new sports arena, toilets and low income housing for future illegal aliens. They are also concerned about funding but don't seem to make the connection.

    The city council has taken this off the agenda.

    One small step forward was made.
    The Council directed city staff to develop a procedure for handling any complaint that a business contracted with the city is employing illegals.
