    Montana 2009

    Montana

Mission: Request that the Montana State Senate pass SB 381 and SB 382. One more vote before final passage and the bills move on to the House.

    Message:

    To the Honorable Senator ___________,

I'm writing / calling to ask Senator __________ to pass bills SB 381 that allows local law enforcement to request immigration enforcement training and SB 382 that prohibits local authorities from emplimenting laws that are in opposition to federal immigration policy.

We need the State of Montana to enforce immigration laws that they refuse to enforce in DC. Montana must take action and allow local enforcement of immigration laws and prevent local authorities from creating sanctuaries for illegal aliens, if you are to protect Americans from the negative impacts of crimes like illegal immigration and all of the associated criminal activity.

Update: 3/4/09 The Senate voted 29-20 against Senate Bill 379, sponsored by Sen. Gary Perry, R-Manhattan.

Never turn your back on our Government.

What happens is the Ferderal government won't allow Montana to pass their bills and/or tries to stops them from enforcing it if it is passed?

Is this the possible reason the government has been beefing up their secret forces to put down revolts and throw our citizens in FEMA camps?

Also, what does it mean if a state succeeds from the Union, are they then a seperate country?

The Constitution of the United States of America and We the People.

If the powers are not expressly granted to the federal government, then it is the right of the states to implement laws and represent its citizens.

The bills conform with federal law, so why would the federal government attempt to interfere? Heck, look at SB 382 again:

    SB 382

Prohibit noncooperation practices concerning illegal aliens
Prohibits "local authorities from passing laws in opposition to federal immigration policy."
The bill prevents local governments (cities, towns, etc.) from passing laws and ordinances that favor illegal aliens (would prevent sanctuary cities). Additionally, the bill would make it mandatory for local law enforcement agencies to cooperate with ICE.

Is this the possible reason the government has been beefing up their secret forces to put down revolts and throw our citizens in FEMA camps?
What does this comment have to do with the the original post? I don't see the connection.

Also, what does it mean if a state succeeds from the Union, are they then a seperate country?
Did I miss something, who said Montana was going to succeed from the Union?

Montana Senate Takes Another Crack at Illegal Immigrants

    By Matt Gouras 03-12-09
HELENA – The Senate backed a tax crackdown on businesses who hire illegal immigrants, saying such companies currently get an unfair advantage.

Senate Bill 377, which would prohibit companies from taking expense deductions for such workers, was endorsed 32-17 in an initial vote Thursday.

If the measure gets final approval Friday, it will go to a House already looking at two other immigrations bills earlier approved by the Senate.

One would allow local governments to request immigration enforcement training for local police officers. The other prohibits local authorities from passing laws in opposition to federal immigration policy, or preventing employees from cooperating with federal enforcement.
