Apparently, Andy Martin has been working the Hawaii connection for some long time. Could have fooled me - I had no idea what he was doing. The article is fairly long (and that's why I didn't post it here) but is quite interesting.

Actually, someone in Congress attempts to weaken the natural born citizen requirement every year, not just for the current usurper. Examples are Senator Orrin Hatch's "Equal Opportunity to Govern Amendment" (2004 - "the Arnold bill") and Sen. Don Nickles' "Natural Born Citizen Act.".

In 2004, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee held Hearings on "Maximizing Voter Choice: Opening the Presidency to Naturalized Americans," where Syracuse University Professor John Yinger presented his written statement, "A Simple Matter of Equal Rights: Let Naturalized Citizens Run for President."

A Further Inquiry into Obama's Origins

Last week I contributed an article to American Thinker on Obama's origins that evoked a good deal of informed response. In it, I argued that the failure of the mainstream media to document the first year of Barack Obama's life has rendered the media accounts of the year before his birth suspect.

Here is what we know about Obama's first year. On August 19, 1961, fifteen days after Obama's presumed birth, his mother, "Stanley Ann Dunham," enrolled for classes at the University of Washington at Seattle.

The apolitical Washington State historical blog HistoryLink confirms Ann's arrival in August 1961, identifies her Capitol Hill apartment in Seattle, names the courses she took, and documents an extended stay by Ann and little Obama into the summer of 1962.

Incredibly, not one of the mainstream media accounts I consulted -- including four book-length biographies, several long-form magazine and newspaper bios, Obama's official campaign biography, and Obama's 1995 memoir Dreams From My Father -- places Ann and Obama anywhere other than in Hawaii during that first year.

Given this collective failure and the Obama camp's squirrelly response to questions about his birth certificate, another look at the circumstances leading up to that birth is warranted. To restore logic and order to this investigation, I turn to a structure we know as Occam's Razor: "Pluralitas non est ponenda sine neccesitate.'' This translates roughly as "Multiple variables are not to be posited without necessity." Let me start with the timeline and cast of characters.

Late summer, 1960

Stanley and Madelyn Dunham and 17-year-old daughter Stanley Ann (henceforth "Ann") leave the Seattle area for Hawaii. Ann does not want to go.

Fall, 1960

Ann enrolls at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where 23-year-old Barack Obama, Sr. is a student.

Spring semester, 1961

Ann fails to enroll at the University of Hawaii.

February 2, 1961

Barack Sr. and Ann marry in Maui.

August 4, 1961

Barack Obama is reportedly born in Honolulu's Kapiloani Hospital for Women and Children.

August 19, 1961

Ann Dunham enrolls at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Summer 1962

Ann and baby Obama return to Hawaii.

Fall 1962

Barack Sr. leaves for Harvard.

Spring 1963

Ann re-enrolls at the University of Hawaii.

January 1964

Ann files to divorce Barack Sr.

What follows are four possible scenarios to explain the circumstances of Obama's birth. Each involves a different set of biological parents.

Ann Dunham and unknown Seattle male

In the original article, I floated the possibility that the progressive and adventurous 17-year-old Dunham was impregnated by a black man while the family was still living in the Seattle area. If so, this pregnancy could have prompted the family to uproot to Hawaii where no one knew them and where mixed-race babies were more accepted.

Although this theory would make sense of the family's abrupt move to Hawaii and Ann's seemingly sudden departure to Seattle after Obama's birth, it introduces too many variables that I was unable to substantiate.

Barack Sr. and Ann Dunham

In football jargon, this scenario would be the ruling on the field. It stands until conclusive evidence can be found to overturn it. The most formal evidence for it is a divorce document issued in 1964, to wit, "[t]hat one child has been born to said Libellant and Libellee as issue of said marriage, to wit: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, II, a son, born August 4, 1961." The libellant in question is Stanley Ann D. Obama. The libellee is Barack Hussein Obama, Sr.

This document aligns with names and dates on the more questionable "certification of live birth" that the Obama campaign posted online, as well as with the newspaper postings soon after the August 4 birth.

This scenario conforms to the story line that the young Obama heard growing up from his mother and grandparents, namely that the brilliant, charismatic Barack Sr. had swept the quiet Ann off her feet, impregnated her, married her, and left reluctantly for Harvard after a year of nurturing baby Obama in Hawaii.

Propping up this narrative is chatty Hawaii Democratic congressman Neil Abercrombie, who knew Barack Sr. at the University of Hawaii. "Little Barry, that's what we called him," Abercrombie told the Chicago Tribune about baby Obama while "recalling his days with Obama Sr. and his future wife, Ann Dunham, at the University of Hawaii."

There could not have been many such "days." The most compelling evidence against this scenario is Ann's documented enrollment at the University of Washington immediately after Obama's reported birth and Barack Sr.'s departure for Harvard immediately upon Ann's return to Hawaii.

In addition, all details about the marriage remain elusive. Obama himself writes in Dreams, "In fact, how and when the marriage occurred remains a bit murky, a bill of particulars that I've never quite had the courage to explore."

A couple marries in a different county like Maui to keep the notification out of the local news. No one attended the wedding -- not Abercrombie, not Ann's parents. In fact, no one in Barack Sr.'s clique seemed to know there was a relationship, let alone a wedding.

Neil Abercrombie's brother Hal never saw Ann and Barack Sr. together. Another clique member, Pake Zane, who had distinct memories of the outsized Barack Sr., could not recall Ann at all. If the young couple were making their home on Kalanianole Hwy. as the newspaper announcements claim, some friend should have at least remembered.

When Abercrombie and Zane visited their pal in Nairobi in 1968, Barack Sr. shocked them by not inquiring at all about his wife and then-six-year-old child (although he would visit the Dunhams four years later). In July 2008, speaking at a university roundtable, Michelle Obama said of Barack's mother that she was "very young and very single when she had him." This may not have been a slip of the tongue.

At least a few respondents to the last article cited the likeness of Obama to his half-brother, Mark Ndesandjo, also mothered by a white woman, as proof of Barack Sr.'s biological paternity. Beyond color, I do not see any particular resemblance (photo here). The adult Obama does not look like Barack Sr., and as Abercrombie concedes, he does not sound at all like him either.

Stanley Dunham and unknown black woman

The evidence for this scenario is all circumstantial. "You know," Stanley's brother Ralph has said of Obama, "he looks exactly like Stanley. He looks exactly like my brother, only he's dark." Admittedly, grandsons can look like their grandfathers, but Ralph is right. The similarity between the two is striking.

The photo below, likely taken upon Barack Sr.'s departure for Harvard in 1962, shows not only Stanley's stunning resemblance to Obama, but also his inexplicable fondness for a black man who allegedly knocked up his daughter and is now abandoning her and his grandson. This photo is not an anomaly. As Obama recounts in Dreams, "Gramps" has only good things to say about his prodigal son-in-law.

One other critical bit of evidence for this theory is a poem Obama wrote as a 19-year-old called "Pop." The poem begins:

• Sitting in his seat, a seat broad and broken
  
  In, sprinkled with ashes,
  
  Pop switches channels, takes another
  
  Shot of Seagrams, neat, and asks
  
  What to do with me, a green young man

As I reported last week, most reviewers think this poem is about Stanley Dunham, and with some cause. "I can still picture Gramps leaning back in his old stuffed chair after dinner," writes Obama in Dreams, "sipping whiskey and cleaning his teeth with the cellophane from his cigarette pack."

If "Pop" refers to Gramps, then Obama seems to be confronting him with the recognition that Gramps is actually his father. Obama calls the poem "Pop," after all, not "Gramps."

"Under my seat, I pull out the Mirror I've been saving," writes Obama. Yes, the two look alike and they smell alike. Pop has big ears, and he even has "the same amber stain on his shorts that I've got on mine." The poem ends with bittersweet reconciliation when Pop stands and asks for a hug. Writes Obama:[lsit]I see my face, framed within

And know he's laughing too.[/list]Gramps did wear black-frame glasses, and as to the "amber stain" reference, more on that later.

The mother in this scenario would have to have been black. Obama tells us in Dreams that Gramps frequented otherwise-all-black bars and hung out with the card-carrying communist Frank Marshall Davis, an African-American with Kansas and Chicago roots. In communist circles, the sharing of sex partners was not uncommon.

If a black woman, perhaps a friend of Davis's, gave birth to a child of Dunham's, Barack Sr. would have obliged the Dunhams by marrying Ann and claiming paternity in return for all the potential benefits of having an American wife and baby.

We also know that Stanley Dunham so desperately wanted a boy that he named his only child "Stanley Ann." Raising the young Obama would fulfill that desire. It would also explain the special relationship between him and Obama and the subsequent coolness of Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, or "Toot," to the whole charade. It might also explain Ann's distance from her presumed son, whom she would desert for long periods to advance her career.

This theory makes sense of the secret marriage in Maui, Stanley's enduring fondness for Barack Sr., the powerful resemblance between Stanley Dunham and Obama, and the Dunhams' apparent willingness to subsidize mother and baby in Seattle.

What remains unclear is what Ann would get out of the deal. True, she never wanted to leave Seattle in the first place, and Obama would have been (in this scenario) her little brother, but the burdens she would have assumed do not seem balanced by the benefits gained. This scenario also introduces one major unsubstantiated variable: the unknown black mother.

Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis

Several of the respondents to last week's article, including a literary analyst I have previously referred to as Mr. West, argued for a relationship between Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis. Although there is no particular physical resemblance between Obama and Davis other than color -- the undeniable resemblance is to Stanley Dunham -- there are some other connections worth pursuing.

An outspoken progressive, 17-year-old Ann arrived in Hawaii in 1960 angry and rebellious. She did not want to be there. An affair with the married, 54-year-old Davis would have suited her politics and sated her need for revenge. In 1946, Davis, then 40, married a 21-year-old white socialite. Young white women obviously did not scare him off -- not by a long shot.

This is all speculative and would be wildly so were it not for the poem "Pop." The whiskey-drinking, the smoking, the dispensing of sage advice, and the black-frame glasses fit Davis as well as they do Stanley Dunham. "I was intrigued by old Frank," Obama writes in Dreams, "with his books and whiskey breath and the hint of hard-earned knowledge behind the hooded eyes." One sequence in "Pop" actually fits Davis better.

Writes Obama in Dreams, "[Davis] would read us his poetry whenever we stopped by his house, sharing whiskey with Gramps out of an emptied jelly jar." It was Davis who instructed Obama in the ways of blackness. "I'm just telling you to keep your eyes open," Davis told him on one occasion. "Stay awake." Davis is an important figure in Obama's life. Obama alludes to him on nine separate occasions in Dreams. If "Pop" were Davis, then Obama may use the honorarium to suggest no more than an African-American godfather. Then again, "Pop" may have been a literal designation.

As something of a side note, what caught Mr. West's eye were the similarities in poetic style between Davis and the Obama of "Pop." What struck both of us is that "Pop" is much more sophisticated than "Underground," a silly poem about fig-eating apes that also appears under Obama's name in the spring 1981 edition of Occidental College's literary magazine, Feast. Whether "Pop" refers to Gramps or Davis, it would not surprise me if Davis provided substantial help with the poem, a pattern that would repeat itself with Bill Ayers in the writing of Dreams.

One other issue that needs to be addressed, and a sensitive one, is that of sex. As reported in the U.K.'s Telegraph (and elsewhere), in 1968 Davis published under the pseudonym Bob Greene an only slightly fudged autobiographical manuscript titled Sex Rebel: Black. In the book, Davis concedes that "under certain circumstances I am bisexual" and that he was also "a voyeur and an exhibitionist." If Davis is "Pop," then this could explain the "amber stain" on the shorts of both mentor and initiate. How else to explain those stains?

One chapter of Sex Rebel deals with the seduction by Davis and his wife of a 13-year-old girl called "Anne," who was introduced to him by a trusting relative. "I'm not one to go in for Lolitas. Usually I'd rather not bed a babe under 20," he writes, "But there are exceptions."

An amateur photographer, Davis had once started a photography club in Chicago. It has not been verified that he shot the nude photos floating around the internet of a woman who looks stunningly like Ann Dunham, nor has "Anne's" identity been confirmed. Still, there would have been nothing out of character for either Ann or Davis to have collaborated on this project.

Were the married Davis the father, and had Dunham introduced his daughter to Davis, it may explain what Obama has described as "the complicated, unspoken transaction between the two men." In this scenario, both would have had a vested interest in finding someone else to take the paternity rap. By keeping the marriage secret, they would have allowed Barack Sr. to continue living the life of a single man.

Barack Sr. had a lot to offer, starting with his pigmentation. Besides, as a Kenyan, he would have given the boy more than a name. He would give him a distinctive identity as an "African" -- his race listed on the certification of birth -- a more respected ethnicity in the America of the 1960s than "Negro." Indeed, Obama has built his career around his exotic identity. Were he named after Frank Marshall Davis or any other American, he may never have been elected president.

This scenario would help explain why Barack Sr. blithely blew off his new family when he headed for Harvard a year after Obama's birth, rejecting a reported opportunity to take both wife and child to New York. More importantly, it would explain why Ann went to Seattle so promptly after the birth and with so little fuss. This would have been her baby, and she was proud of him. In addition, her departure would have allowed Barack Sr. to live life as he pleased in Hawaii. If Abercrombie saw "little Barry," it was almost assuredly after Ann returned.

This theory might also iron out some chronology wrinkles. An August 4 birth would suggest an early November conception. Obama biographer Christopher Andersen, however, reports that Ann told the Dunhams of her pregnancy in "late October." Presuming a missed period as first alarm, this would put conception in early September -- before Ann would have met Barack Sr. This earlier conception date better explains both why Ann did not enroll for a second semester and how she was able to leave by mid-August for Seattle. If all this is true, however, it presumes active date-manipulation by Team Obama -- a big "if."

Then, finally, there is the Chicago connection. Davis first arrived in Chicago in 1927 and ultimately left for Hawaii in 1948. Upon moving to Chicago nearly sixty years after Davis first arrived, Obama "imagined Frank in a baggy suit and wide lapels, standing in front of the old Regal Theatre, waiting to see Duke or Ella emerge from a gig." In a very real way, Chicago may have been his homeland, not Kenya, and he would have known it.

The Davis-as-father scenario may not be conclusive enough to override the ruling on the field, but it would explain the Obama camp's fear of documentation, and it deserves, at the very least, further review in the booth.

I watched all four videos, and only found one statement I would contest - that of McCain's birth. Some of the videos moved pretty fast, and if I were to take notes, I would be using the pause button a lot.

I believe that Obama's mother went to Kenya at the age of 17 during her last half of her pregnancy with the intent of giving up the baby to the father's family in Kenya to raise. Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama was then supposed to return to Seattle to restart her life and college there. But when Obama was born, the maternal instincts kicked in, and she could not leave her new son to be raised in Kenya. She then brought the baby back with her to Seattle ... to the surprise and shock of Grandma Dunham. I do not believe that Obama was born on the date in the records in Hawaii. That date was the date near them the time Stanley Ann Dunham returned from Kenya, likely straight to Seattle. The date on the online digital image is likely the made up date of convenience of the Grandmother Dunham when she fraudulently filed the birth registration mail-in form to the Hawaii Health Dept. That got the birth into the system and got Obama illegally U.S. Citizenship and also the state then published a few days later the registration of the birth like they did for all birth registration ... legitimate ones or ones that were designed to defraud the system. Hawaii accepted such registrations at face value on the testimony of one family member that the child was born at home with no witness. That is how the whole scam was pulled off by the family. And they did it simply to get the child U.S. Citizenship, a highly coveted status then and now .... not because they thought he was going to run for President some day. It was a birth certificate fraud case, pure and simple using Hawaii's lax laws in 1961. Much like the fraud that's being going on in Puerto Rico for years.

A day after being awarded an honorary doctorate by a local university, US President Barrack Obama’s [step-]grandmother hosted a party at her Kogelo home in Siaya on Tuesday.

Two bulls, three sheep and four goats were slaughtered for the many visitors who trooped to the home to congratulate the 88-year-old grandmother for the honour.

Mama Sarah Obama was awarded an honorary Doctor of Letters by the Great Lakes University of Kisumu on Monday for her role in helping widows and orphans at her Kogelo village.

Mama Sarah appealed to the public to dedicate their time and effort to ensuring that they take care of orphans and the vulnerable people in the society.

I think Mario's point is that there are two clearly different formats for a COLB. We only question one of the two - the one offered by the Obama machine.

Private First Class Brown has inspired me by his words. God bless this Patriotic American, this soul who has such belief in America, that he has placed his life and limb in harms way, not willingly because he is ready to die for his beliefs, to die for his country, but make the other guy die for his.

That is Honor my friends, that is Patriotism my fellow Americans, listen to this man, this protector of what matters most, This young man, who has true fealty and oath to his country and his fellow Americans speaks with authority and sovereign power; he speaks with the Sovereignty of We The People. This young man is a Solder of the United States of America, of all peoples in America, it is to these young men and woman who protect the rest of America, it is they deserve all and any consideration. All powers are vested in the people, and those allowed are at the behest and guest of We The People.

PFC Brown is inspirational, he gives me food for thought. His words carry more weight than a thousand presidents. What PFC Brown believes in, what his words portend and imply has caused me to these words below. Where PFC Brown leaves off as an American Solder, I take up as an American Citizen.

It is an amazing thing Our Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, these things are not only documents that define and guide what we are as a people, these pieces of parchment are us. No matter the infringements upon the tenets of and intents of those written words, they most certainly remain intact. Nothing in those documents has been changed, the only change is the attempted illusion that they no longer matter.

This is what the smoke and mirrors are about, because if you do not believe the illusion, than it is just that, you see the truth that it is lies and distractions, camouflage to obscure evil doings. Even if those founding documents of self governance and determination where to burn to ash, what is contained within would remain, because what is contained within exist within us as a people, it is not ink but our principles our values what we believe.

This is the power contained within those documents, those things and us are inextricably intertwined. For we as people are the true power, we the people are the sovereign, we hold the only key to Our Republic.
As bleak and fearful as the future may appear, there exists a core of America who believe, who will never relinquish this key, and key it is to everything. For Obama understands this, he knows only like a Tyrant and dictator knows, for this is the obstacle to his power. He can fiddle and scheme, he can conspire and treaty with enemy’s of America, he can pontificate and obfuscate, he can instigate turmoil, he can divide the weak and hateful, he can demean and belittle, but he can not change one word in those governing documents, and he can not get his soiled hands on that key, because he is not, and he does not understand what it is to be an American.

That key is his demise, he can not attain it ever, but he is consumed by obtaining it, and funny as it sounds it is his blind side. He understands that to rule is to create turmoil, that to gain power he must cause those he considers below his lofty goals to rip each others throats out. He understands that he wins if this can be made to happen, it is the age old tyrants tactic of divide and conquer. But this is his true weakness, he can not understand the true nature of being an American.

He disdains Americans as lazy and slothful, he has mistaken tolerance for cowardliness, he has mistaken preoccupation with daily life as gullibility, he has used greed of a minority as a tool for gerrymander. He is blinded by his arrogance and bigotry, he lacks to his certain peril and demise the one thing he has not, Faith. He does not believe in something larger than himself, he only believes in ideals and doctrine that carry no weight in the heart. His spirit is empty of the fruit of self determination that grows from the tree of Liberty.

We, as Americans, as family and friends, as neighbors and strangers, we plant the seeds of that fruit, we water the sprouts of that tree with our beliefs passed down through generations, We do this, time and time again through the years and centuries, not a government, not a leader, not a bureaucrat or regulator or a politician or a judge or a newsman.

It is us, it is we, it is Americans from every walk of life who do this thing. You see, Obama, is both at the same time his own worst enemy, and the best thing to happen to America, for he has instigated a paradox of his own making, that since the founding of our republic of and for men, ratified through the vehicle of our governing documents created from God and men for men, he has awakened and enlightened people across this Great Land the likes of which not seen since our beginning.

He has awakened something that matters most, something greater than ourselves.

Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.

The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.


The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.

"Since 1973, Social Security numbers have been issued by our central office," the Social Security website explains. "The first three (3) digits of a person's social security number are determined by the ZIP code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number."

The question is being raised amid speculation about the president's history fueled by an extraordinary lack of public documentation. Along with his original birth certificate, Obama also has not released educational records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from his service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption papers.

Robert Siciliano, president and CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a nationally recognized expert on identity theft, agrees the Social Security number should be questioned.

"I know Social Security numbers have been issued to people in states where they don't live, but there's usually a good reason the person applied for a Social Security number in a different state," Siciliano told WND.

WND asked Siciliano whether he thought the question was one the White House should answer.

"Yes," he replied. "In the case of President Obama, I really don't know what the good reason would be that he has a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when we know he was a resident of Hawaii."

Arraignments are scheduled for May 24.

The charge is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

Millions Forced to Reapply for Birth Certificates in Attempt to Curb Rampant Fraud

This summer all Puerto Ricans will have the chance to be born again -- at least on paper.

The government of Puerto Rico is invalidating every birth certificate issued on the island before July 1, 2010, in an attempt to curb rampant fraud and identity theft that officials say has ruined lives, strained social service programs and compromised national security.

Each of Puerto Rico's 4 million residents and the estimated 1.2 million Puerto Rico-born Americans living in the 50 states will have to apply for new vital documents to legally prove that they exist and remain eligible for government benefits.

It's a radical solution to what many say has been a serious and growing crisis involving Puerto Rican birth certificates, which are used to apply for everything from U.S. passports to Medicaid.

The U.S. State Department and Homeland Security Department estimate that an astonishing 40 percent of all U.S. passport fraud cases in recent years involved Puerto Rican birth certificates, though exact numbers are unknown.

"There are so many [Puerto Rican birth certificates] floating around… a lot fall into the hands of unscrupulous individuals," said State Department Bureau of Consular Affairs spokeswoman Rosemary Macray. "We've uncovered many cases of people posing as Puerto Ricans" in applying for U.S. passports.

One law enforcement group that tracks so-called South American theft groups across the U.S. says fraudulent Puerto Rican credentials have become common cover for criminals, and police are being trained in how to identify them.

"I'd say 60 percent of them [suspects] will tell you they're from Puerto Rico," said Robert Taylor of the nonprofit South American Theft Group Intelligence Network.

"The birth certificates are so believable, the passports are so believable that even seasoned cops are fooled by it until they ask certain questions like, 'what's the national animal?'" he said. "It's a frog… but that stupid phrase has gotten more people caught with fake documents."

Officials say Puerto Rican birth certificates, many of which bear common Hispanic names, are sold widely on the black market, fetching thousands of dollars each. And they are not in short supply.

"In Puerto Rico, you left a copy everywhere you went," said Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y., the most senior member of Congress who is of Puerto Rican descent.

Obama Stands with Muslims as He Promised

Now that Barack Obama is well into his presidency, it's clear that he is keeping at least one promise he made. He is standing with the Muslims.

In his chapter on "Race" in The Audacity of Hope, then-Senator Obama devoted a section to his post-9/11 concerns over the treatment of Muslim Americans. He makes special mention of meetings he had with Arab- and Pakistani-Americans, drawing attention to the "urgent quality" these meetings had taken after the 9/11 attacks on the WTC.

• [T]he stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their [Arab- and Pakistani-Americans'] sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific assurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that

One Pakistani-American just learned that his citizenship meant a great deal of unmolested access to a whole host of possible terror victims. And since President Obama has taken a number of measures to ensure that no Muslim American feels "profiled" in any connection to terror plots, I think we can freely assume that until his arrest on board an Emirates airplane two days ago, Faisal Shahzad felt just as welcome and loved here as he did in the country of his birth and at his favorite mosque. As a naturalized American citizen, Faisal Shahzad moved freely, completely under the radar of any law enforcement entity or terror-watch agency.

Shahzad's bank knew far more about him than our so-called national security people. Our national security employees are those folks making big bucks to find people like Shahzad before they have a chance to blow any of us real American citizens to kingdom come. However, as was the case with the Ft. Hood terrorist, our national security and military personnel have become quite skittish in appearing to make any connection between the Muslim religion/political ideology and worldwide terrorism. Therefore, they don't look at the obvious until it is too late. Instead, resources are being squandered in the president's witch hunt against Tea Party grandmas and kiddies and middle-class homemakers and dads, all waving their American flags.

Shahzad's real estate agent even knew something of this Pakistani's politics. Shahzad virulently hated President Bush and vociferously denounced the Iraq War, just as Barack Obama and the Democrats in Congress did.

From Shahzad's outspoken hatred of Bush and the Iraq War, we can deduce that Shahzad was most likely in full agreement with John Kerry's assertion that our troops were "terrorizing" Iraqi women and children in their homes in the "dead of night." Shahzad was most likely nodding his head the day that late Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) publicly convicted -- without a shred of evidence -- the Haditha Marines of "cold-blooded murder." Those Marines, of course, have since been exonerated, but as their acquittals didn't receive nearly the media attention as the charges against them, I doubt Shahzad even knew the Marines were innocent of killing his fellow Muslim civilians in [murders] with no cause.

We can also infer that Shahzad may have even cheered the day he saw the video of Rep. Stark (D-CA) standing in the floor of the once-great American Congress and screamed at his fellow representatives: "You don't have money to fund the war or children. But you're going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president's amusement." I doubt Faisal Shahzad was amused by this rant; he was most likely incensed.

Once Obama was elected, and as Obama had professed his intention to "stand with the Muslims," Shahzad may have expected an immediate end to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. When Obama did not perform as expected, then perhaps Shahzad felt an urgent need to strike out at America, "the great Satan."

Shahzad's work visas, prior to his request for citizenship being granted, were in the skilled-labor areas. He was a financial analyst, having earned two degrees at U.S. universities. He seems to have gone completely unnoticed by professors, who do not even remember him. Or perhaps, following this president's lead, these professors are simply refusing to remember any references their student may have made regarding his political/religious extremism.

Shahzad bought a house and lived an apparently quiet, unobtrusive lifestyle...that is, until he spent eight months out of the country, in Pakistan's Taliban-controlled hinterland.

Now, Faisal Shahzad is commonly referred to as the would-be Times Square Bomber. Yes, as his name and heritage indicate, he is a Muslim.

And yes, President Obama is standing with him. Though the president is taking great public pains to appear tough on terror and the real terrorists -- as opposed to the imaginary ones (i.e., conservatives and Tea Partiers) -- Barack Obama has actually gone to great lengths to make sure others like Shahzad remain utterly undisturbed. Others who at this very minute remain undetected among us, ready to strike on orders from radicalized Imams or terror-army chiefs, walk among us, now knowing that they have a true friend and protector in the White House. Barack Obama has successfully purged from the national discourse on terrorism -- excuse me, "man-made disasters" -- any mention of the religion/political ideology which is the undeniable common denominator.

Carefully protecting feelings can be a priority of a mommy tending her babies. Protecting a group's feelings at the expense of a nation's real safety is a huge no-no for a Commander in Chief. And if Barack Obama would prefer to be the nurturing mommy to all Muslims, he ought to resign from the presidency. Trying to be both a mommy to Muslim sensibilities and to perform adequately as our president is a losing formula for every real peace-loving American citizen.

It's a terrible thing when Americans have to face the day not only needing to know where their own children are, but also asking the haunting question: Do you know where your Muslim neighbor is, and what he's up to?

We have to ask that question now because our president and his people will not.

So in the end, Barack Obama has brought about the exact scenario he has worked so hard to avoid. If Americans were assured that our president and our national security employees are doing the necessary watching and profiling, then we would also know we don't have to do it. We could be nice, hospitable, and open to our American Muslim neighbors and coworkers.

But when we know that the people paid to fight terrorism refuse to see the obvious, then we are necessarily put on high alert. We take on their jobs. We watch. We stare. We shy from the company of those we know might become our worst nightmare.

The Social Security Death Index accepts a name and produces the SSN.
Is there a reverse index that accepts an SSN and produces the name?

We know the person was born in 1890, and the SSN was issued in 1977 to a mailing address in Connecticut.
The Social Security Administration article below says that the area number (042) does not indicate the applicant's
birthplace, but only the ZIP code of the mailing address on the application, which could originate from anywhere.

Social Security Numbers
The SSN Numbering Scheme


Number Has Three Parts

The nine-digit SSN is composed of three parts:
The first set of three digits is called the Area Number
The second set of two digits is called the Group Number
The final set of four digits is the Serial Number

Area Number [based on the mailing address ZIP code in the SSN application]

The Area Number is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1972, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the State in which the card was issued. This did not necessarily have to be the State where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office. Since 1972, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card. The applicant's mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, either prior to 1972 or since.

Generally, numbers were assigned beginning in the northeast and moving westward. So people on the east coast have the lowest numbers and those on the west coast have the highest numbers.

Note: One should not make too much of the "geographical code." It is not meant to be any kind of useable geographical information. The numbering scheme was designed in 1936 (before computers) to make it easier for SSA to store the applications in our files in Baltimore since the files were organized by regions as well as alphabetically. It was really just a bookkeeping device for our own internal use and was never intended to be anything more than that.

Group Number

Within each area, the group number (middle two (2) digits) range from 01 to 99 but are not assigned in consecutive order. For administrative reasons, group numbers issued first consist of the ODD numbers from 01 through 09 and then EVEN numbers from 10 through 98, within each area number allocated to a State. After all numbers in group 98 of a particular area have been issued, the EVEN Groups 02 through 08 are used, followed by ODD Groups 11 through 99.

Group numbers are assigned as follows:
ODD - 01, 03, 05, 07, 09------EVEN - 10 to 98
EVEN - 02, 04, 06, 08------ODD - 11 to 99

Alleged Social Security numbers containing area numbers other than those found on that table are impossible.

Serial Number

Within each group, the serial numbers (last four (4) digits) run consecutively from 0001 through 9999.

A Myth About Group Numbers

Apparently due to the fact that the middle digits of the SSN are referred to as the "group number," some people have misconstrued this to mean that the "group number" refers to racial groupings. So a myth goes around from time-to-time that encoded in a person's SSN is a key to their race. This simply is not true.

As should be clear from the explanation of the SSN numbering scheme, the "group number" refers only to the numerical groups 01-99. For filing purposes, the "area numbers" are broken down into these numerical subgroups. So, for example, for area numbers starting with 527 there would be 99 subgroups, one for every number starting with 527-01, and one for every number starting with 527-02, and so on. This was done back in 1936 because in that era there were no computers and all the records were stored in filing cabinets. The early program administrators needed some way to organize the filing cabinets into sub-groups, to make them more manageable, and this is the scheme they came up with.

So the "group number" has nothing whatever to do with race.

Footnote: It is true that the application form for an SSN asks for identifying information, such as date of birth, place of birth, parents' names, and (optionally) the applicant's race. But none of this identifying information is encoded in the SSN itself--not the person's date of birth, place of birth, or race.

Some say that Barack Obama II first worked at Baskin-Robbins in Honolulu in 1975, before the "042" SSN was issued. But the following article, dated 12/31/08, says that he worked there in 1979, which would have been safely after the SSN was issued (and mailed to him at a Connecticut address). Oh, what a tangled web...

HONOLULU (Blue MauMau) — Back in 1979, who would have thought that the ice cream scooper in a Honolulu Baskin-Robbins would one day become the President of the United States? President-elect Barack Obama worked at this South King Street ice cream shop (pictured at left), located on a major street named after the Hawaiian kings who used to take it in a bygone era. About a mile down the road it passes in front of Iolani Palace. The shop is conveniently located within walking distance of where Barack lived, which again is conveniently located very close to Punahou, the exclusive school he attended.

The workers and manager at the ice cream shop confirmed that Mr. Obama worked there. Unfortunately, no one remembers him because back then they weren't there. The present franchise owner didn't buy this Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop, part of the Dunkin' Brands, until later.

Obama's lies, fraud: Can Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald open an investigation?

Worldnetdaily carried a headline earlier this week regarding Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack Dunham, aka Barry Dunham using a social security number issued in the state of Connecticut.

NEW YORK – "Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

"In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

"WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.

"The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment."

This issue has been around for quite some time; I wrote a column about it November, 5, 2009:

"In a letter from licensed investigator Susan Daniels to Judge Carter, Ms. Daniels states:

"I am the private investigator who contacted Dr. Orly Taitz when I found that Barack Obama has been using a bogus social security number for years, which is a felony. I have been a licensed investigator for almost fifteen years and recognized it immediately as fraudulent."

"While this may well be true, without any documentation to prove Obama used all those SSNs (For what purpose? Tax evasion, fraud regarding business transactions or campaign cash?), we just don't know. Several months ago, I had email exchange with an individual (I will not name for privacy), who believes Obama used his former home address for fraudulent reasons. This person seems to have good grounds support his allegation. However, only a full blown criminal investigation by law enforcement (like DOJ) would provide evidence."

Long ago, Neil Sankey was once attached to elite Scotland Yard units which hunted down IRA bombers and other high level criminals. He is now semi-retired from a life long career as a private investigator. Sankey collected hundreds of SSNs belonging to dozens of Barack Obama's, Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama's mother) and Michelle Obama. As they were in no order, I put them in three separate files:

Due to a corrupt Congress that stood mute and accepted the Electoral College vote, even though the issue of Obama's citizenship was a raging issue in this country, the communist occupying the White House has done enormous damage to this republic. The entire Congress who sat there without raising a single objection demonstrated the greatest act of cowardice in my life time. I expected nothing less from the Democrats in Congress. There isn't one of them with an ounce of integrity or honor. I can only assume the cowardice displayed by incumbent Republicans was either fear or "we lost, get over it." Either way, it was and is inexcusable.

There's no need to cover all the lawsuits. There are still two remaining: (1) Appeal in the Kerchner v Obama case - filed last November 2009. A motion for leave to file supplemental Appendix was filed April 20, 1010. It is astounding that the courts feel no urgency in dealing with usurpers.

The same putrid situation is dragging on regarding the removal of usurper, Marxist Hillary Clinton [1] That lawsuit was filed January 29, 2009. The appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court was filed December 31, 2009. In the meantime, Clinton is running around the globe playing Secretary of State. This is an outrage. The courts are over loaded, but when it comes to high level public officials like Obama/Soetoro and Clinton, the courts, must put those cases ahead of others for obvious reasons. Instead, they're sitting on them. Now, there is another grossly unqualified candidate (Sotomayer the other) nominated to the high court, Kagan. These games are sickening and the American people should be outraged.

The second case is the Leo Donofrio and Stephen Pidgeon lawsuit on behalf of the Chrysler dealers. That one will take time. But, time is not on our side. The date for Lt. Col. Lakin's Article 32 hearing is set for June 11, 2010. Everyday Comrade Obama remains in office is a crime, yet an honorable 18 year veteran of our military faces court martial and prison because he is entitled to the truth about the commander in chief. The dark forces who own Washington, DC., will go to any lengths to protect the big lie.

I don't know for a fact that Obama/Soetoro has been using one or more fake social security numbers, but where there's smoke, there's usually a fire.

Rev. David Manning, has been on Obama since he became aware of the serious, constitutional question of Obama/Soetoro's citizenship. Dr. Manning is chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church in NYC. Because Congress and the courts (never mind the lackey media and that includes cable networks like FAUX, CNN and MSNBC) refuse to stop the fraud of Comrade Obama occupying the White House, Dr. Manning decided to hold a trial:

"Starting Friday and for a full week, the Atlah World Missionary Church will hold in essence a citizen's court in what it bills as "the greatest trial in American history."

"The trial, which will include legal scholars and retired court officers, will examine several issues, including Obama's birth place, his citizenship status, his academic credentials and alleged ties to the Central Intelligence Agency as a student.

"The Atlah World Missionary Church, headed by Rev. James Manning, says the proceedings are not a mock trial and are permitted under the U.S. Constitution:

"A number of Americans have been gravely concerned about the eligibility issue of Barack Obama... We have been able to look at the briefs filed by several attorneys and the courts have just refused categorically to allow any access or due process on the matter... We are going to call a 10th Amendment sanctioned trial. It is not a grand jury, it's not a hearing, it's a trial and we are going to follow all the rules and practices of both federal and state jurisprudence... We are going to adjudicate this trial in such a way that it will be historically respectful and appellate proof."

The trial begins Saturday. On Friday, May 14, 2010, Rev. Manning will lead a protest march at Columbia University. The entire trial will be filmed and media will there in full force; there will be transcripts. Of course, you won't hear anything about it on ABC, NBC or CBS. Likely any mention on CNN or MSNBC will be a slam against "the birthers." Master gas bag, Bill O'Reilly, will simply label Rev. Manning a loon and move on to some sex story.

Apparently there is at least one law professor who doesn't believe Manning's effort has any clout:

"Meanwhile, a Constitution law professor at Southern University in Baton Rouge says the American Grand Jury doesn't hold the clout the Manning team espouses. This professor, who wants anonymity, and when asked about Justice Antonin Scolia’s opinion of the court in United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 at 48 (1992), says he wouldn't accept anything Scalia says and despises all people on the far left and the far right. Yet, this position the professor takes goes completely against what the Supreme Court found in their decision in that 1992 case; the power is placed in the hands of the people in the American Grand Jury as the Fourth Branch of Government."

The case referred to here is: United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 at 48 (1992)

"This Court's cases relying upon that power deal strictly with the courts' control over their own procedures, whereas the grand jury is an institution separate from the courts, over whose functioning the courts do not preside...."

And:

"[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history," Hannah v. Larche, 363 U.S. 420, 490 (1960) (Frankfurter, J., concurring in result), the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It "`is a constitutional fixture in its own right.'" United States v. Chanen, 549 F.2d 1306, 1312 (CA9 1977) (quoting Nixon v. Sirica, 159 U.S. App. D.C. 58, 70, n. 54, 487 F.2d 700, 712, n. 54 (1973)), cert. denied, 434 U.S. 825 (1977). In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. See Stirone v. United States, 361 U.S. 212, 218 (1960); Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43, 61 (1906); G. Edwards, The Grand Jury 28-32 (1906). Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the Judicial Branch has traditionally been, so to speak, at arm's length. Judges' direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office. See United States v. Calandra, 414 U.S. 338, 343 (1974); Fed. Rule Crim.Proc. 6(a). [504 U.S. 36, 48]

"The grand jury's functional independence from the Judicial Branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing and in the manner in which that power is exercised. "Unlike [a] [c]ourt, whose jurisdiction is predicated upon a specific case or controversy, the grand jury `can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.'" United States v. R. Enterprises, Inc.,498 U.S. 292, 297 (1991) (quoting United States v. Morton Salt Co.,338 U.S. 632, 642-643 (1950)). It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even "the precise nature of the offense" it is investigating. Blair v. United States, 250 U.S. 273, 282 (1919). The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, see Hale, supra, at 59-60, 65, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment. And in its day-to-day functioning, the grand jury generally operates without the interference of a presiding judge. See Calandra, supra, at 343. It swears in its own witnesses, Fed.Rule Crim.Proc. 6(c), and deliberates in total secrecy, see United States v. Sells Engineering, Inc., 463 U.S. 418, 424 -425 (1983)."

Now, going back to fraud. Besides the issue of Comrade Obama using fake or multiple SSNs, there is also the issue of did Nancy Pelosi and others commit fraud when they submitted Comrade Obama's candidate certification to the 50 Secretary of State's prior to the election? I believe the answer is yes. I also obtained the "official" documents submitted here in Texas to our Secretary of State. There's no question of fraud. Now, where's law enforcement?

Obama/Soetoro has always known he was ineligible due to his father's citizenship status at the time of his birth, yet he solicited over $600 million dollars in campaign funds and is guilty of wire fraud 18 U.S.C. §1343. That's down the line, but he knows.

What can be done about this? We all remember when Ken Starr was appointed Special Counsel to investigate Marxist Bill Clinton about Whitewater, the death of former White House Counsel, Vince Foster and then lying about Monica Lewinsky servicing him in the Oval Office. At that time under the statute, a three-judge panel was charged with administering the Independent Counsel Act.

The Office of Special Counsel in the United States Department of Justice replaced the former Office of the Independent Counsel in 1999. The updated version is charged with investigating alleged misconduct in the federal government's executive branch. The Office of Special Counsel is supposed to be an independent agency; it is also charged with protecting civil service employees from unfair personnel practices. The current Special Counsel is Patrick Fitzgerald, who was appointed in 2003 by Deputy Attorney General James B. Comey.

Eric Holder is the Attorney General; a corrupt political animal guilty of obstruction of justice in the Michael Trentadue murder.

Could Patrick Fitzgerald in his capacity as Special Counsel open an investigation into the allegations of social security fraud and all the testimony and whatever hard evidence comes from Rev. Manning's trial taking place right now? Comey, due to a conflict of interest in the Valerie Plame affair with Ashcroft, appointed Patrick Fitzgerald under Department of Justice regulation 28 CFR Part 600.

In a second letter to Fitzgerald from Comey dated February 6, 2004, he crystallized the authority of the Special Counsel: "...further, my conferral on you of the title of 'Special Counsel' in this matter should not be misunderstood to suggest that your position and authorities are defined and limited by 28 CFR Part 600."

It goes without saying that Eric Holder will never give up Obama/Soetoro, which means he will never authorize Fitzgerald to act in his capacity as Special Counsel to open an investigation into:

1. Fraud: Obama/Soetoro and social security numbers
2. Fraud by Nancy Pelosi and others to ballot qualify Obama/Soetoro for the 2008 presidential election knowing full well he was not constitutionally eligible
3. Any and all real evidence in the possession of Rev. David Manning and testimony of witnesses. According to Rev. Manning, two could blow this wide open:

DR. MANNING: "Right now, we are anticipating at least two government officials will testify. One will be through statements that will be uttered that will be documented, and the other will be a physical presentation where he will actually take the stand.

MRS. RONDEAU: "And are they in government now or were they past employees of the federal government?"

DR. MANNING: "One is in government now, and one is a past employee."

MRS. RONDEAU: "How did you reach out to them and when?"

DR. MANNING: "Actually, one reached out to me and the other became a matter of my investigation discovery."

Dr. Manning is nobody's fool and he has put his reputation and credibility on the line big time.

4. Any and all employees regardless of level of Occidental College and Columbia University who altered records to protect Obama/Soetro.

Fitzgerald is very familiar with Comrade Obama from investigations originating from his office which put Tony Rezko, big bud of Obama, in federal prison. On-going is Fitzgerald's investigation of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. I would bet a lot that should a real investigation as Special Counsel be opened and conducted by Fitzgerald, all of the above and more would be exposed to the world.

How could this happen? I don't know because I'm not an attorney. Can Fitzgerald open a RICO without Eric Holder's permission? Can he as Special Counsel open a full investigation and convene a federal grand jury without Eric Holder's permission? The Office of Special Counsel is supposed to be an independent agency, but reading § 600.4 Jurisdiction. from 28 C.F.R. PART 600—General Powers of Special Counsel it says:

(a) Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated.

Do I read the fox guarding the hen house? When you have an AG as dirty as Eric Holder, where do we the people go for justice? We the people need the advice of some good constitutional attorneys. There has to be a way to have the Special Counsel investigate fraud and other crimes even if the Attorney General doesn't want to do it to protect an individual who has usurped the office of president of these united States of America.

If there is a way, then we the people need to go into overdrive in putting the heat on Fitzgerald to open an investigation. If it means marches and demonstrations in front of his office, then it gets done. If it means a massive campaign like Worldnetdaily.com has been doing with bill boards and petitions, then we get it done and we keep the pressure on until an investigation is opened. No more secrecy. No more protecting the criminal syndicate out in Washington, DC. This is our country, not theirs. We have a right to a legitimate president and opening a full blown investigation will not only expose the fraud, but also the cover up regarding Obama's past.

The issue of his dual citizenship at birth, by his own admission, still has to be settled by a court. One step at a time. First, we need to find out if Fitzgerald in his official capacity as Special Counsel can open an investigation. This is one of the greatest frauds in the history of our republic. We can't give up. I am hopeful this column will spur on some of these larger organizations who have attorneys they can consult with about the statues governing the Special Counsel and make their qualified opinion available on the Internet. Then we the people will go into action.

Because the SSA central office in Baltimore issued the SSN's, I can only assume that "the mailing address shown on the application" is that of the applicant rather than that of any SSA state office to which the application may have been addressed.

Thence, I pose a conjecture about a conceivably possible explanation for Mr. Obama's "042" SSN.

• When Mr. Obama applied for a SSN, he wrote "Honolulu, HI 96nnn" in the return address box on the application. But the Baltimore office misread his handwriting as "Honolulu, HI 06nnn" and assigned a Connecticut "042" number, based upon that misread handwritten ZIP code. The Post Office would have easily figured out the correct routing for "Honolulu, HI 06nnn" on the SSA return letter.

"Never attribute to conspiracy what can be readily explained as stupidity."

However, my conjecture doesn't explain how someone born in 1890 had this particular SSN ending in "4425". Did investigators John Sampson and Susan Daniels identify that person by name?

This leads us to conclude of the likelihood of a later technological manipulation and back trail that begins with the 1890 individual whose total data was not fully erased from the system, and whose Social Security Number identity was taken over, renamed, and re-entered into the system.

Unfortunately, the attempt to salvage Obama doesn't wash in light of the falsified acquisition and use of Garafalo et al.'s Social Security Number.

Had Barack Hussein Obama a genuine US Birth Certification, he would have been using a genuine Hawaii issued 575 or 576 Social Security Number.

Because Barack was unable to obtain a legitimate state of Hawaii Social Security Number issuance, this proves that the accusations that he is of foreign birth and foreign citizenship are NOT unfounded.

Mr. Obama is Constitutionally disqualified for the Office of President, because he is not a natural born citizen, that is, one born on U.S. soil of two U.S. citizen parents.

Brianroy, we are on the same side of this issue, and I agree with about 95% of what you are saying. Please do not interpret my correspondence as arguing with you on major substantive points. This is a friendly discussion and not friendly fire. Please, Brianroy, do not consider this post as correcting you, but only as getting our facts straight, the details nailed down, and our ducks in a row. There is room for working out the details among those with a common cause. There are a number of details that have been accepted without close inspection or analysis, and some of those details should be corrected before the Obots make mock of us for them.

Barack Obama II in Honolulu getting a Connecticut "042" SSN looks like fraud, indicates fraud, and is certainly cause for suspicion, but to prove fraud requires supporting evidence. We have better evidence of his birth in Mombasa, Kenya, without using this. We don't have to prove Social Security fraud to establish foreign birth; even if we did prove fraud, that wouldn't prove foreign birth; and if we failed to convince the judge, he might suspect, question, or even disallow the independent proof of foreign birth.

I have posited no conclusion - only a conjecture - as to how the Connecticut "042" SSN was assigned in 1977 to Barack Obama II in Hawaii. The handwritten "Honolulu, HI 96nnn" on his application for a SSN could have been misread as "Honolulu, HI 06nnn". The SSA assigned an Area Number based upon the return address ZIP code alone, without reference to the city and state. So, if the ZIP code had been misread or incorrect, an Area Number would have been assigned in error based solely upon that erroneous ZIP code. Mr. Obama's handwritten "9" is plainly not a "0", so I am not implying nor do I suppose that this is what happened, only that it could have happened. Therefore, it might be submitted to a court of law as a (however remotely) possible explanation for Barack Obama II receiving a Connecticut "042" SSN when he actually lived in Hawaii. It could have been a clerical error just as easily as felony ID theft or fraudulent use of a counterfeit Connecticut birth certificate. The "042" SSN does not by itself prove that there was ID theft or fraud.

The Social Security Death Index does not include this SSN ending in "4425", so it is not very likely that Mrs. Stanley Dunham (Madelyn) lifted this SSN from the documents of the deceased which she handled as a volunteer in the Honolulu County Probate Judge's Office. Investigator Susan Daniels reported a (no month, no day) 1890 date of birth associated with the SSN ending in "4425", but I do not know of any supporting evidence about that person born in 1890. If that "1890" lacks corroboration, it could conceivably have been a spurious, erroneous cross-entry in the SSA records. Maelstrom says there is a real person born in 1890 with this SSN. If so, the SSN ending in "4425" should be on the Death Index, but it isn't. I do not know if such a person exists, but if Maelstrom will PM that person's name to me, I will be informed - and stand corrected.

Nothing in your comments (in blue) precludes the possibility of a clerical error at the SSA in Baltimore, a handwriting ambiguity on the application form which Barack Obama II wrote in Honolulu, or an intentional subterfuge to use a Connecticut address (and perhaps even counterfeit Connecticut birth documents) to obtain an ostensibly authentic SSN in 1977. In 1977, SSN's were issued only by mail by the SSA in Baltimore, not at a local office in the presence of parents or guardians. "A genuine US Birth Certification" from a Honolulu hospital, the State of Hawaii, from any other state, or even from a foreign country (if naturalized), would not determine the Area Number assigned. The Area Number is based solely upon the ZIP code of the return address which the applicant writes on the SSN application.

Your comments (in red) mention Barack Obama II using Michael Matt Garofalo's SSN. Mr. Obama's SSN ends in "4425"; Mr. Garafalo's SSN ends in "4426", and he is still using it himself.

However, if the SSA - for whatever reason - did in fact assign Barack Obama II an SSN with a "042" Area Number, then his SSN was in sequence with those of Thomas Wood (b. 1962 - d. 1981) and Michael Matt Garofalo (b. 1971), who were likewise issued SSN's in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979.

(May 17, 2010) —The following is an interview with Miki Booth, a first-hand witness to the Columbia Trial being held in Harlem, NY by Dr. James Manning, Ph.D., as previously reported by The Post & Email here.

SHARON: Tell me about your day in New York – how it started and what you heard as far as testimony.

MIKI: We went to Columbia University right outside the main gate and we assembled there because Rev. Manning was going to start the march at 9:00 a.m. We got there at 8:30 or so and people kept arriving, and we saw some people with American flags, so we knew they were part of us. There were quite a few of the area people and those associated with Rev. Manning’s church, and they’re all black. There were probably about 50 of us, and about half were black and half were white. It was great. When Rev. Manning came, he and his wife Elizabeth, he was wearing a long white robe and he did a wonderful prayer to start, and then we all walked by twos, holding hands, whites holding hands with blacks, and a lot of guys from my neck of the woods that some people would call “redneckâ€
